به فکر ایجاد تشکیلاتی در دفاع از زندانیان سیاسی و افشای موارد نقض حقوق بشر در رژیم شاه افتادم. از این انجمن‌ها در گوشه و کنار کم نبود، ولی هر یک در تیول یک جریان سیاسی قرار داشت. چگونه می‌شد از این خطر اجتناب کرد؟ راه حل را در این دیدم که انجمنی متشکل از خانواده‌های «شهدا» و زندانیان سیاسی ایجاد شود. انجمنی که تنها و تنها بستگان درجه ۱ و ۲ قربانیان سیاسی رژیم بتوانند در آن عضو شوند>>>

در هنگام پیری با او آشنا شدم و گاهی با یکی دو تن از مادران به دیدارش می رفتیم. در خانه سالمندان اسکان گزیده بود، در آنجا آرام ولی محکم بود. وابستگی زیادی به وسایل شخصی اش از جمله: یخچال،تلویزیون، میز توالت و غیرو داشت و از این وسایل مانند جان مراقبت می کرد و به کسی اجازه جا به جا کردن نمی داد. شاید هر یک از این وسایل، خاطراتی را برای او زنده می کرد و نمی خواست این خاطرات را از دست بدهد>>>

I should know better than to think that if in 33 God/Allah/Buddha forsaken years, we still haven't figured out if and how to oppose the child's play, no-brainer, Mother-of-all-opposables, why anyone would ever bother to report on a gathering of the top most 50 people in what you can only grudgingly call "The Iranian Opposition Groups">>>
