Free, I think that j and the team are right on the money here. Don't know you but I like you.  I've read all of your posts and I must say you're a voice of reason in this sea of moronic weirdness.  I generally don't dip my feet in these waters...not in the Palestinian/Israeli strife.  I don't feel like it's my place and frankly I'm not an expert.  I've wanted and struggled with posting comments on this topic.  Don't want to be painted with a pro-Islamic brush.  Don't know the first thing about Islam.  I am however saddened and sickened by the events that are happening in the M.E.  

You may have been a witness to the election brouhaha and read the site pre november.  The attacks and labeling started then.  There were many Palin threads.  On several of  these threads some of us Dems bashed Palin as anybody with firing neurons would.  Zion took these personally.  She somehow internalized posts and went for the throat.  It was a bizarre sight to be seen.  She thought we were talking about her.  It was quite narcisstic and a bit creepy.  I for one was called a pathetic, irrelevant degenerate.   These acerbic insults escalated and were thrown mainly at Democrats.   She became a prevalent fixture then.  She gained a couple of fans.  Those who thought that if you were a Democrat you were somehow in cahoots with the IRI or a Muslim freak.  I didn't know being a liberal meant you were a reactionary supporter of a theocracy.  I'm learning a ton from my fellow Iranians here on this site.  

What pisses me off is that Iranians as you well know for the most part aren't anti-Semitic.  Many of us here are Muslim, Christian, Jewish, Bahai, Zoroastrian, atheist etc....Many of us have aunts, uncles, cousins who happen to be Jewish.  Iranian Jews.  Zion has made it possible to turn the most vehemently anti-semite in to a pro Aryan.  It hasn't happened to me.  I for one won't cave.  She is however becoming AIPAC's poster child for what not to do.  I know she's not a microcosm of her community.  She's doing the opposite of what she's intending.
