Are you kidding me?  If this was a Palestinian woman screaming for her life as she was being arrested by a bunch of thugs for celebrating her culture, all of these characters would be tearing themselves apart and calling the UN to come to their help.  I guess Iranian blood is cheap for these "vatan-forooshan".  That shows where they are really from!

Ironic that within weeks of both United Nations and the United States Congress recognizing Nowrooz as an honorable Iranian holiday, the foreigners who stole our country express disdain for it.

What better way to illustrate they are not of Iran and Iranians?  And, what better omen that they will not last in a land where these customs have survived for nearly 3,000 years? 

I'm glad they are opposing it and saying so. It is just about the safest bet in the world that 4shanbeh soori and Nowrooz will outlast the people who oppose them.

I am still to see a single comment from the regime supporters in support of people or the Iranian traditions. Nor I have seen a single criticism of the regime or Arabic traditions that are forced on Persians. Not that I expect it, but it would be nice if they came out and did not pretend that they cared for Iran and its people.

Notice how the fascist groupies have completely shut up now.  They have been the true anti Iran cheerleaders, and are completely pathetic.  Had there been videos of Palestinians being oppressed by Israelis however, they would have been all over it.  Shows you which country they are from.

IRI recognized as a superpower?  IRI should be recognized for what it is- a fascist anti Iranian apartheid regime- the mullah fat cat minority rule over the Iranian people majority.  The only obstacle to this are the foreign backers of these rapists- Russia and China, who profit handsomely and shamelessly from this systematic rape of Iran.  In 2010, we are witnessing another Torkaman Chai, the selling out of our country by a government which has no country.

What a petty, disgusting and terrorist dictatorship

that has to arrest, beat and terrorize its population because they are celebrating a national holiday.  I hope all of these animals die a slow and painful death.  And the sad thing is that a bunch of out of touch, blind ideologues wish greatness for this petty and monstrous regime.  here's one of them, wishing for the IRI be recognized as a superpower and negotiated with on world issues.

Thank you so much for all the great clips and all your help.  Looks like people had a really good time.  The most important thing about this Charshanbeh souri was people's defiance of the "last minute fatwa" of Ali Khamenei.  Khejalat ham khoob chizi-eh!  Yaroo ro tu deh raah nemidadan, soraagh-e kadkhoda ro migereft!  These thugs and cheats and murderers are hardly in a place to go up against traditions thousands of years old.

آژانس ايران خبر- اهواز 25 اسفند , امروز عصر مردم در زير ماشين يك بسيجي , در خيابان 14 پادادشهر , بمب آتش زا كار گذاشته بودند, كه بعد از انفجار ماشين آتش گرفت و آتش نشاني اقدام به خاموش كردن ماشين آن بسيجي كردند.

به آتش كشيدن مركز بسيج در پارك بهارستان

جوانان دلير تهران مركز بسيج در پارك بهارستان واقع در منطقه وحيديه را به آتش كشيدند . اين مركز از جمله مراكز سركوب و آزار جوانان منطقه بود كه امروز به سزاي اعمالش رسيد . همچنين نيروي انتظامي در مقابل تهاجم جوانان به سمت پارك عقب نشيني كرده وكليه جواناني كه در داخل اين پارك به محاصره افتاده بودند پيروزمندانه به ساير جوانان در بيرون پيوستند و همگي مشغول شعار عليه خامنه اي و تهاجم به نيروي انتظامي هستند .

جرس: علیرغم هشدارهای تند مقامات نظامی و امنیتی پیرامون هرگونه تحرک و حضور در مراسم چهارشنبه سوری امسال و حاکمیت جو پلیسی بر شهرها و همچنین صدور فتوای "حرام و نامشروع" بودن این مراسم، از ساعات آغازین بعد از ظهر امروز، مردم ایران در شهرهای مختلف دست به آتش بازی و برپائی سنت ایرانی زدند.

به گزارش شاهدان عینی، شهرک اکباتان از بعد از ظهر امروز با وجود برقراری ایست بازرسی و کنترل مبادی ورود و خروج شهرک و کنترل افراد و خودروها، جوانان شهرک با روشن کردن آتش مورد حمله گروهی از شبه نظامیان قرار گرفته و درگيری شدیدی رخ داد.
در حوالی پل سيدخندان نیز، گزارش هایی از روشن کردن کوه عظیم آتش توسط مردم و درگیری با ماموران یگان ویژه مخابره شد که برخی رسانه ها نیز از بازداشت یک سرباز نيروي انتظامي توسط ديگرافراد نيروهاي انتظامي به دليل تمرد از دستور در برخورد با مردم خبر دادند.
گزارش های دیگر، از زد و خورد شدید بسیجیان و ماموران یگان ویژه با مردم و جوانان، از گیشا، یوسف آباد، نظام آباد، آریاشهر، تهرانپارس، ری و جوادیه خبر داده و شعارهای "مرگ بر دیکتاتور"، "توپ تانک بسیجی دیگر اثر ندارد" و ... مخابره گردیده است.

مراسم چهارشنبه سوری در کرج به درگیری و زدو خورد بین جوانان و نیروهای سرکوبگر تبدیل شد
بنابه گزارشات رسیده به فعالین حقوق بشر و دمکراسی در ایران،علیرغم حضور گسترده نیروهای سرکوبگر در شهر کرج ولی جوانها از لحظاتی پیش مراسم چهارشنبه سوری را برگزار کردند.این مراسم با ترقه و فشفشه همراه است.
غروب سه شنبه ۲۵ اسفند از حوالی ساعت ۲۰:۰۰ مردم و جوانان کرج در نقاط مختلف شهر به خیابانها سازیر شده اند بطوری که خیابانها مملو از جمعیت است. صدهای شدید انفجار ترقه هم جا را فرا گرفته است. جوانان به سوی نیروهای سرکوبگر ترقه ها پرتاب می کنند و در حال حاضر در منطقه عظیمیه کرج در گیری شدید بین جوانان و نیروهای سرکوبگر در جریان است و در چند مورد نیروهای سرکوبگر مجبور به فرار شدند و یک جنگ وگریز بین جوانان نیروی انتظامی ادامه دارد.
نیروهای سرکوبگر از بعد از ظهر در میادین شهر مستقر شدند و در مواردی با موتورهای خود اقدام به مانور برای ایجاد رعب و وحشت می کنند. اما تعداد جمعیت به حدی زیاد است که هر گونه قدرت عمل را از نیروهای سرکوبگر گرفته شده است.
