For those of you who want to know where Muhammed (the prophet of islam) is buried can just click here. The tomb of Muhammad is located in the quarters of his third wife, Aisha. (Al-Masjid al-Nabawi, Medina). Next to Muhammad's tomb, there is another empty tomb that Muslims believe awaits Jesus.

One of the funny things you can see in the map is that right above the place of the tomb of Muhammed there is a "Madinah Hilton Hotel"  :)
