Noam Chomsky is perhaps
by Mike_Hanley (not verified) on Wed Aug 13, 2008 01:33 AM PDT.... one of a dozen or so truly intellectual people in U.S. who possess also a Big Heart. Of course, there are many good people in America. However, as a whole, there are not that many with the intellectual power of people like Noam Chomsky, E. O. Wilson, and a few others.
People like Chomsky represent what is Best about America. It is people like him who make the world think that there is perhaps still hope for America. That all these aggressions are but a temporary thing. Of a failed and morally corrupt administration.
Let's hope that America does not make the same mistake that it did 2000. - Let's Hope ...

Interventions' covers the Iraq invasion and occupation, the Bush presidency, Israel and Palestine, national security and more.
The New York Times Book Review:
Chomsky is a global phenomenon . . . perhaps the most widely read voice on foreign policy on the planet.
Newark Star Ledger:
These columns are littered with unpopular but accurate caveats to the Bush administration's dream of unchallenged global dominance.
Vanity Fair:
Unwavering political contrarian Noam Chomsky smart-bombs the U.S. military's global 'Interventions'. Shock and awe!
Boston Phoenix:
Noam Chomsky sounds off on US military interventions since 9/11.
The Morning News.com:
It continues to amaze me that, for all the demonizing of Chomsky by certain regressive elements, his analyses are sensible and fact-based. If you are unfamiliar with his work, this would be a good introduction.
Thank you for posting this video ...
by mahin LA (not verified) on Tue Aug 12, 2008 10:52 PM PDTOn the front page of Iranian.com, there is an article by a fellow named 'AmirAshkan Pishroo' making disparaging remarks about Noam Chomsky.
I am glad that people can watch Noam Chomsky for themselves, and make their own judgments about him. I believe that it would do Mr. Pishroo a lot of good if he were to watch this video also!
Tks again
