Keep it coming man. Comparing these beautiful pilots to todays islamic regimes staff (not everyone though but majority), its like we went from hollywoood to one of those dark alleys in one of these backward muslim countries. So sad my friend so sad.

Then act civilized and play by the rule of the rest of the world. Otherwise, you just have to buy Russian airplanes and if you don't behave some more then the Chinese planes are for you.

Now this brings back memories, DK. My dad was an Iranian DC-3 pilot, way back in the day, before he married mom.

Those B-727, 707 and 747s are still in the Islamic Republic of Iran. (One is even fashioned into an airport restaurant.) Unfortunately, as we both know, there's an inhumane and technically illegal sanction in place preventing the sale or transfer of parts into Iran for these aircraft.
