What are your favorite show on TV?

by Bavafa

If I had a TV and could choose three programs to watch

They would be in the following order

1- The Daily show with Jon Stewart

2- The Daily show with Jon Stewart

3- The Daily show with Jon Stewart

Now if I could choose two more, they probably be

4- the News hour

5 - Democracy now

What are your top favorite program on TV?

When I was watching TV, Seinfeld was one of my favorite shows even after 4 or 5 times re-run but its been about 5-6 years now that we unplugged our TV and really don't miss it at all.

One thing that we notice much more now, when in hotel rooms and watch TV, is that how much commercial is on TV that we are all fed to.

I guess a price for watching semi free TV show.

I forgot to mention that I like news specials like "60 minutes"......or CNN special coverage of current events: Post-election protests of Iran, Michael Jackson's funeral, Christiane Amanpour's special report on big three religions, etc!

I also like Karim Sajadpour's comments on TV about Iranian politics! He is very knowledgeable! He is my favorite Iran expert!

Anahid Hojjati

I watch some crime shows

Like CSI and criminal minds once in a while. Rerun sitcoms that I never watched before or good ones I don't mind watching again or new sitcoms. If I switch channels and HBO has a good movie on, I watch. Many times what I watch depends on whatis on when I happen to watch.I like Jay Leno and Jon Stewart but their times are late.

don't watch much

But reruns of Seinfeld is still the best even after 4th or 5th times, beats any other show.    Californiaction is the only other one I watch once in a while ,   pretty funny.    Oh yes, mentalist, although I already have figured his methods, but pretty good show.

May we all have good dreams.

I watch..

The Big Bang Theory

Criminal Minds

Grey's Anatomy

besides the Daily show.........

I like:

CNN headline news........breaking news!

The cancelled "Countdown with Keith Olbermann"

World Cup coverage

Olympic Games (Summer and Winter Games)

Award shows (Grammy, Oscar, etc)

But I am a more Internet person than a TV couch potato!

Jimmy Jet And His TV Set by Shel Silverstein

I'll tell you the story of Jimmy Jet --
And you know what I tell you is true.
He loved to watch his TV set
Almost as much as you.

He watched all day, he watched all night
Till he grew pale and lean,
From "The Early Show" to "The Late Late Show"
And all the shows between.

He watched till his eyes were frozen wide,
And his bottom grew into his chair.
And his chin turned into a tuning dial,
And antennae grew out of his hair.

And his brains turned into TV tubes,
And his face to a TV screen.
And two knobs saying "VERT." and "HORIZ."
Grew where his ears had been.

And he grew a plug that looked like a tail
So we plugged in little Jim.
And now instead of him watching TV
We all sit around and watch him.
