Hanging judge Khalkhali

Interview from 28 years ago

WIKIPEDIA: Ayatollah Sadeq Ahmadi Givi aka Sadegh Khalkhali (July 27, 1926 November 26, 2003) was a hardline Twelver Shi'a cleric of the Islamic Republic of Iran who is said to have "brought to his job as Chief Justice of the revolutionary courts a relish for summary execution" that earned him a reputation as Iran's "hanging judge...">>>

***

It's really chilling not just because he talks about the executions, but because he talks about his and Khomeini's views about the world, Iran and about the Persian Gulf. It sounds authentic, but there is a sudden fade out at 6:18 minute.

Shocking-but he is not alone..

by Fair (not verified) on

This subhuman creature was indeed shocking, but he was not acting alone in isolation. He IS the IRI, and his mentality is the foundation of the Islamic Republic. Which cleric even *suggested* that his powers be limited? Khomeini? Khamenei? Rafsanjani? Jannati? Beheshti? Khatami? Not ONE. He had their FULL SUPPORT.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the true face of the IRI. For those of you who have no better answer for me than "You are a Pahlavi Lover", I ask- can you find just one character like this with this many executions without trial on his hands in that human rights abusing, antidemocratic, American puppet, military dictatorship that you accuse me (and anyone who disagrees with you) of loving?

Let us not forget the truth, and let us be FAIR.

a good man

by Anonymous666 (not verified) on

In the name of Islam, this noble Arab-zadeh killed many Persians. He learned from his masters while eating lizards how to kill without trial. He was in pursue of the holy path of peaceful Islam (may god bless all Moslem). He was emulating the path of Imam Ali who chopped hundreds of Persian's head with his double edged sword.

My god reword him 72 plus 1 extra virgins.

This is so painful to watch...

by Setiz (not verified) on

and some still give credence to the fraudulent islamic revolution of 1979. Was it not for the softness of pahlavis, likes of this animal and the rest of islamic/marxist/leninist gangsters and their supporters must have been eliminated as enemies of iran, or at least placed under very tight leash and imprisoned in an exit-less dungeon. I ask all those islamic fanatics, why don't you migrate to arabia as that is a win-win for both you and the iranians.

This is so painful to imagine, but had he destroyed persepolis & pasargad as he attempted, maybe the final nail had been hammered in the coffin of this 1400 year old cancer and all those islamists had been lined up behind likes of Alexander, Omar, Genghis, Tamerlane, and Saddam in iranian history forever.

All must see the photos linked by commenter "razmi" to really sense what the bogus revolution of 1979 did to us from its early days.

The gates of Hell have opened wide to receive thee...

by Mona 19 on

The Angel Replied:"... The wrath of thy Lord hath descended upon thee."

He made reply: "I held command over the people, and here is the mandate of my authority."

Hold thy peace, O denier of the Day of Judgement!"

A voice exclaimed: "Woe betide thee, O disbeliever in
the Day of Resurrection! This is the nethermost fire, and its flames have been made to blaze thee.Thou didst forsake all righteous deeds in thy vain and futile life, and now thou hast none to shield thee from God.Thou are indeed he who caused all hearts to be consumed and the Holy Spirit to lament.
"

He pleaded: "Is there yet no refuge for me?"

"Nay, by my Lord, even shouldst thou seek recourse to
every possible means
!"

Thereupon he cried out in such distress as to cause the people
of the graves to tremble, and was seized by the Hand of invincible power. A
voice then proclaimed: "Return unto the seat of wrath in the fire of hell;
wretched and evil be thine abode!"

He and his likes will pay for their EVIL DEEDS.

IRI supporters

by jamshid on

(Note to admin: Go ahead and close my account for having insulted IRI supporters in this comment.)

Where are the IRI supporters? Why don't you crawl out of your holes and defend Khalkhali, this right hand man of khomeini?

Be honest! Deep inside, you give much credit to Khalkhali. In your backwarded minds, those whom he executed deserved to die anyway.

Today, the likes of Khalkhali are alive and well in Iran. They are continuing Khalkhali's legacy, except they don't advertise their killings with pride, as Khalkhali did.

To IRI supporters: Set aside your cowardice and come on out of your holes to defend this man. And you won't decieve anyone by calling Khalkhali names. "Oh, khalkhali bad, but IRI good." Yeah right.

As long as you support the IRI, you are supporting Khalkhali and his likes. That makes you traitors to your own people and accomplice to IRI's crimes.

This monster and a bunch like him, khomeini, rafsanjani, khatami, yazdi, rajavi, khamenei, ahmadinejad, ... destroyed my country and everything that were build at such high price during the previous 60 years. We should never forgive them for what they did to our country and should pay them back for the destruction that they brought upon iran and iranians.

If "iran" is second to "islam" for likes of him, they should all be expelled from iran to go to their first choice "islam" in mecca and medina and qods.

History of The first picture

by razmi (not verified) on

History of The first picture on the clip:

Twenty-six years ago, a picture of an execution in Iran won the Pulitzer Prize. But the man who took it remained anonymous. Until last year (2006). He was the only anonymous recipient in the 90-year history of the award. Mr. Razmi preserved 27 of the photos on a contact sheet and stowed it away in his home.

On Aug. 27, 1979, two parallel lines of 11 men formed on a field of dry dirt in Sanandaj, Iran. One group wore blindfolds. The other held rifles. The command came in Farsi to fire: "Atesh!" Behind the soldier farthest to the right, a 12th man also shot, his Nikon camera and Kodak film preserving in black and white a mass execution. See the rest of the photos:

He was so ignorant! When was portugal stealing money from the persian gulf states and Iran, during the last century? He says we don't need lawyers in our system, but it is O.K to have an ignorant person like him who does not understand logic to be a judge in judicial proceeding! The only reason that they killed Hoveda he says was because he could not answer certain questions. Unbelievable!

Master and Protege`

by Ali P. on

There always exist deranged and disturbed individuals in every society, who if given a chance, kill, mutilate and dismember ; Khalkhali being one such individual.

The ultimate responsibilty for his crimes go to his master, Khomeini, who knowing him, not only did not have him committed, but authorized this mad dog to issue death sentences and let him loose on the population.

I wonder which one of the two, is hotter, where they are now..

They didn't permit Khalkhali to publish his memories!
