Superb Persian Cards

I do not know why I didn not find these cards ealier on? I think I am going to buy another few more decks for my friends for NowRuz.

In stories Seemorgh would provide extra unexpected powers e.g. if you burnt a seemorgh feather you would summon her so it is appropriate for such a card.

In my conversation with one of my well informed and highly knowledgeable American Anthropoligists, she told me that The Persians were the first inventors of 52 cards. But she did not mention whether or not the two jokers were also a persian creation or they were later on added on by the Europeans or others to make sure playing cards should be always considered a fun game to play and never too seriously even when the jokers are taken out right before the start f the game
