America and The World

BRZEZINSKI & SCOWCROFT

Zbigniew Brzezinski, National Security Advisor for former President Jimmy Carter, and Brent Scowcroft, National Security Advisor to former Presidents Gerald Ford and George H.W. Bush discuss the current and future state of American foreign policy. Mr. Scowcroft and Mr. Brzezinski present their thoughts on a range of topics, including Iran, Russia, China, and the War in Iraq. Mr. Scowcroft and Mr. Brzezinski talk about their book with David Ignatius, columnist for The Washington Post.

Zbigniew Brzezinski is currently an International Studies professor at Johns Hopkins University and a counselor and trustee at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Brent Scowcroft is currently president of the Scowcroft Group, a financial advisory firm.

I highly recommend this book to everyone. In many people's opinions, this is how the American Foreign Policy Should Be, and not what it is right now.

Hope you enjoy it.

Brzezinski and Scowcroft

1. You must mean FATE and not FAITH.
2. That Farsi proverb applies in ideal situation and not in our increasingly violent world.
Relatively speaking in today's world I trust these two men far more than Bush-Cheney or McCane-Palin who will make the world even more dangerous.

it is clear that neither of this men are interested in the plight of Iranian people. They are thinking of cheap gas and oil thru Turkey and how to contact and make a deal with the Mullahs without a stink up like last time with Reagan and Bush.
More reason to think that Iranians need to take their own faith in their own hands :

" kass nakharad poshet ma, jozz nakhon e angosht e ma"
