While the cedar sauna is a nice touch, it's outshined by the home's spacious deck, which hovers above the sands of the Pacific.

Hey Kamran, CHILLOUT!

by afshin on

The house was built in the 1970s, and at just under 3000 square feet, it's far from impressive.  Why are you so jealous?  What have you done with all the opportunities that life has afforded you?  Did you get an ivy league education, or start a fortune 500 company?  What the f... have you done with your life?  And what is it to you what Shahnaz Pahlavi has or doesn't have? Do you think you actually DESERVE whatever you have in your pathetic existence?  You don't think that most of what you have is owed to the fact that you were at the right place at the right time, and got to leave that toilet of a country filled with envious hateful pricks such as yourself and came overseas where you were afforded opportunities that most on this planet would die for?  What have you done with your life?  You don't think there are people in Iran that are 10 times more educated, smarter, and better looking than you that don't have half of what you have?  Put some perspective in your life, and stop whining about the Pahlavis and Mosaddegh.  They've both been gone for decades and a place we once used to call home is a virtual toilet, thanks to the likes of you.

Pahlavi modesty!!!!!!!!

by Kamran Ramyar on

No doubt the villa was paid for in cash.  Question is where did the cash come from.  Iranian treasury or some secret stash of the Pahlavis?  What did Shahnaz ever do to Iranian society to deserve such luxury?  Marry Ardeshir!!!!!!!!!!!?????????  For the thousandth time.....Pahlavis ought to go hide somewhere and live the rest of their filthy lives with all the ill gotten wealth stolen from Iran

Iranian government money ? Or Private Fortune of Shah & Fawzia ?

by Darius Kadivar on

Divorcing a King has it's advantages. Shahnaz's mother was Princess Fawzia, sister of King Farouk of Egypt. She already had a fortune before Marrying the Shah, so part of that money could also be from Fawzia's personal account ( not just from her divorce pension).

Either way She could have bought a far more luxurious compound for cheaper if she wanted:
