True Story About Palastine

The Israeli Ambassador at the U.N. began, "Ladies and gentlemen before I commence with my speech, I want to relay an old Passover story to all of you...

When Moses was leading the Jews out of Egypt toward the Promised Land, he had to go through the nearly endless Sinai desert...

The people became thirsty and needed water. So Moses struck the side of a mountain with his staff and a pond appeared with crystal clean, cool water. The people rejoiced and drank to their hearts' content.

Moses wished to cleanse his whole body, so he went over to the other side of the pond, took all of his clothes off and dove into the cool waters. Only when Moses came out of the water, he discovered that all his clothes had been stolen” And", he said, " I have reasons to believe that the Palestinians stole my clothes."

The Palestinian delegate, hearing this accusation, jumps from his seat and screams out, “This is a travesty. It is widely known that there were no Palestinians there at that time!!!" "And with that in mind," said the Israeli Ambassador, "let me now begin my speech..."

The Best Solution To Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

by Iranie khabaloo Saate 2:30 sobh (not verified) on

All Arabs move to Syria, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon.
All Jews move to US. Germany and Russia.
Then give the whole country to Iran.
OR
Eliminate Judaism and Islam, flatten all religious sites, then Jews and Palestinians will live in peace and share the land and government without worshiping man-made images of 1400-4000 years ago. And like any wise man, they try to become true human-beings instead of cruel, greedy religious freaks.

Dear Raha,

I do not think you understood the point of the story. The story tries to make a point. Lets live in todays time and not yesterday.

Plastianian need to have their own country and Israelies as well. By destorying different nation and establishing new nation we would not solve any problem but creating more. I hope you understand. We need love and peace not another war.

Dear Raha: Forget about

by BabaKoohi (not verified) on

Dear Raha: Forget about historical rights?? then look at the last census taken by the Ottoman empire in 1914 for the area called Felestine. It shows the number of Jews and number of Arabs in every town and village. Jews were clearly in the majority and what we can call indigenous to the area going back many thousand of years. The influx of Arabs in that area took place only after 1940 as a result of Arab governments actually encouraging the influx to become a majority in that area. Secondly, most came to take advantage of availablity of jobs that were being created. Yaser Arafat himself was an Egyption and so are most of the so called "Palastinians". If people put aside their sentimentality and romatic feelings, and analyse the issue with cool heads then they realize who is the interloper and who has litigimate right to be in that region.

Don't care

I'm not a Middle East historian but I know couple of things. Israel helped the Iranian military before the revolution, it also backed Iran with military equipment during the Iraq-Iran war and at present she trains the oppositions specially the Kurds to topple the regime when the time comes. As for Palestine, our money which belongs to our nation goes to their pockets. As for the Iraq and Iran war, Palestine supported Saddam and the list goes on. Palestine is not our issue. Israel has the right to exist.

I wish for the RIGHT OF

by Anonymous78999 (not verified) on

I wish for the RIGHT OF RETURN of the 900,000 Jews tossed out of the 21 arab nations in 1948 and the right of their 2,100,000 descendants.

The lands stolen by these arab countries totals over 94 billion dollars,,,,

So let's have a complete solution to the arab israeli conflict...

But let's be fair... 600,000 arabs were displaced in 1948 and 900,000 jews were also...

becareful of your demands, you may get them....
after all, israel has 1/650th of the middle east.... the arab world has 649/650th

Israel has 20% arab population, and the arab world has ethnically cleansed itsself of all jews (with small exceptions)

maybe the perfect solution is the creation of a 22nd arab state called palestine? and in that state major areas of israeli-arab villages are excised from israel (on a map that is) and GIVEN to the new palestinian country?

Personally I advocate the removal of all major arab centers from the land of Israel and returned to the arab world, (and of course land swaps for compensation to israel or palestine to adjust for these swaps)

I also advocate the access to all holy sites within the arab occupied lands of the middle east to Jews. From Hebron to Cairo, to Damascus to Medina, Jews have had their historic lands stolen, sites destroyed, these sites and lands MUST be returned and compensation granted.

Why should the Jews not get 1/2 of all oil from arabia? we OWNED medina before Mohammed was born and were driven out by the Arabs....

There is a Doctor of medicine commenting about all political subjects here. I expect him to comment about the subjects related to his field of expertise(Medicine). It seems to me that he has wasted his time going to medical school and has taken someone else's place who could have used this time to become a healer.

I think we should not ask what the holy jesus - so call him the moslems - have said about ghome bani esrael. lets be political and logical. please acknoledge the following: Tehran, Nov 27, IRNA

Iran-Government-Annapolis
The upcoming so-called peace conference in Annapolis, US, would have no conclusion but disgrace, government spokesman, Gholam-Hossein Elham, said on Tuesday.

"The conference is to be held in line with the US efforts to support the fake regime of Israel, revive its lost credit and bring it out of isolation," said the spokesman during his weekly press briefing.

The US-backed conference is to be held in Annapolis, Maryland, later on Tuesday.

"The conference will have no effect on the legal and fair efforts of the Palestinian people to return to their country," Elham said.

Commenting on participation of Arab states in the conference, the spokesman said the gathering "will discredit US and its advocates." "Given Tehran's cordial relations with Muslim states including Saudi Arabia, Iran was not willing to see these states staying by their (US) sides.

"Of course, Riyadh has announced its position in advance by excluding itself from recognizing the Zionist regime and the plans leading to its recognition," Haddad-Adel stressed.

He added that the outcome of the so-called peace conference "was clear prior to its holding since the problem of Palestine will not be solved without the presence of the Palestinian nation."
However, he noted that 10 Palestinian groups will "likely visit Iran within the coming days or next week and will probably hold a meeting" here.

"The visit means that the Palestinian groups have no
representative in the Annapolis conference," Elham said.

He stressed that the Annapolis conference is being held without the presence of real owners of Palestine and aimed at confronting them.

Who gives a shit. I think all of you lost the plot. Will you morons listen to yourselves. You're determining peoples lives and destinies over mythology. Moses stuck a staff in the ground... parted the sea... took his people to Sinai. God was a burning bush. Mohammed became literate and recited the Koran. Christ was born of a virgin and Joseph Smith will be inheriting celestial planets. It's all a bunch of bull shit. Next we'll be determining borders over wether the world is flat.

Dear Raha, I am not here to argue with you or anyone else. I just want to remind you that Jewish religion was before Islam and temple Mount is built in top of “Bitol Moghadas” that destroyed twice by Roman Empire. I am not denying anything. I am just giving you the facts.

Stop the pointless arguing

by Bahador Barin (not verified) on

According to both The Bible and The Koran (and perhaps it is also historically verifiable), Jews and Arabs are all descended from the same patriarch, Abraham / Ibrahim.

In other words, you are all cousins, so stop the pointless family in-fighting and give the rest of us innocent bystanders a break!!! Thanks.

before you talk about "true" story.

" There is no such thing as the 'historical rights' of Jews to Palestine.
This grotesque myth (already in the 17th century, Baruch Spinoza referred to the old testament as ' a collection of fairy-tales', denounced the prophets and was excommunicated by the Amsterdam synagogue as a result) ignores real history.
Long before the Roman conquest of Judea in 70 AD, a large majority of the Jewish population lived outside Palestine. The native Jews were gradually assimilated into neighbouring groups such as the Phoenicians, Philistines, etc. Palestinians are, in most cases, descended from the old Hebrew tribes and genetic science has recently confirmed this, much to the annoyance of Zionists."
