Today is the first anniversary of last year's presidential elections. In the aftermath of the spontaneous protests against elections fraud, dozens of Iranians lost their lives to the brutal crackdown of military forces on unarmed citizens, close to five thousand were arrested and imprisoned, several received death sentences and at least two people were executed.
Over the past year, Iran has increasingly turned into a military state. Widespread and systematic violations of human rights on Iran's streets, on university campuses, at work places, at homes, inside prison cells, and even in cemeteries have become the order of the day. The Islamic Republic of Iran is the worst prisoner of journalists, students, and activists.
The Iranian nation have embarked upon a deliberate and wise civil disobedience campaign against their rulers whose endless cruelty has scarred the nation deeply, without any attempts to reconcile, to explain, or to hold any of the dozens of commanders, judges, ministers, and other authorities accountable for their crimes.
For several months there has been talk of an anniversary protest to mark one year of brutal suppression in Iran. That anniversary is here. Opposition leaders Mir Hossein Mousavi and Karroubi's efforts to secure a permit for the June 12th protests were not successful. They have called off the protest walk which was proposed to take place between Imam Hossein and Azadi Squares. Despite public announcement of the cancellation, the chatter on blogs, Twitter, and internet is that there will be protests on June 12th.
In the absence of official media who should be reporting on the developments in Iran, we will have to rely on unofficial, underground, or citizen reports out of Iran about what is happening there. Please join me in reporting what we can find out to the community. Please help get the voices of Iranians out of Iran. Remember, we are the media.

I would gladly watch these criminals be tried for crimes against humanity, however, and committed to a life of hard labor without access to life's comforts from where they would watch the Iranian nation thrive and excel and do brilliant things without this group of crooks and criminals.
In case you are wondering why there is no news out of Iran, if people decide to come out and protest it would be in the afternoon as in the original invitation for the anniversary demonstrations, the time was set for 4:00 p.m. (Tehran time).

This video is evidence that the Islamic Republic of Iran must never again rest peacefully, knowing that a nation whose youth have been murdered and whose trust has been violated would never again let them rule as they please, the way they did for 31 years. For the rest of its life, the Islamic Republic must continue to live in fear of these people as it has for the past year.
پرواز هلیکوپترهای نیروی انتظامی در تهران

در ساعت 9:40 صبح به وقت ایران هلیکوپترهای نیروهای امنیتی بر فراز مناطق اعلام شده برای تظاهرات از جمله خیابان آزادی، فلکه صادقیه و سعادت آباد در حال گشت زنی می باشند.
در مسير ميدان امام حسين، 7تير، مدرس تا تجريش تا اين لحظه نيروي انتظامي نبوده است و فقط گشت ارشاد در محل كنار ايستگاه متروي 7تير مستقربوده اما لباس شخصي ها و بسيجي ها با مترو به صورت پراكنده ديده مي شوند.به نظر مي رسد سفارت امريكا يكي از محل هاي تجمع امروز نيروهاي بسيجي است

پدر شهيد «ميثم عبادي» از شهداي حوادث پس
از انتخابات گفت: تقاص خون پسرم را از كروبي و موسوي مي‌خواهم و اين 2 نفر
بايد تقاص پس بدهند.
اصغر عبادي در گفت‌وگو با باشگاه خبري
فارس «توانا» اظهار داشت: شهيد ميثم يك سال قبل از شهادتش دانش‌آموز بود و
از سال گذشته كه من توانايي كار كردن را نداشتم، ترك تحصيل كرد و براي
امرار و معاش در يك توليدي، كار خياطي انجام مي‌داد.
وي ادامه داد: در جريان‌هاي پس از
انتخابات رياست جمهوري، ميثم يك شب قبل از شهادتش براي خواهرانش از
رويداد‌هاي آن روزها تعريف مي‌كرد؛ من هم در جريان فعاليت‌ها و حضور وي
نبودم.
پدر شهيد ميثم عبادي گفت: روزي كه آقاي
احمدي‌نژاد در ميدان وليعصر (عج) سخنراني داشت، ميثم به همراه دوستش با
اتوبوس به مترو رفتند و از آنجا به سمت ميدان هفت تير حركت كردند. در آن
محل مكاني براي استقرار نبود و آنها به طرف شمال خيابان وليعصر(عج) رفتند.
وي بيان داشت: ساعت 6 بعدازظهر دخترم با
ميثم تماس گرفت و از وضعيت وي سؤال كرد و میثم به او گفت: «يك ساعت ديگر
به خانه بر مي‌گردم».
عبادي ادامه داد: نزديك ساعت 10 شب بود و
منتظر بوديم كه ميثم به خانه برگردد تا اينكه يكي از مأموران با تلفن همراه
ميثم با ما تماس گرفت و گفت كه ميثم تير خورده است و اكنون در بيمارستان
جواهري بستري است. ي كه از خانواده شهداء و ايثارگران است،
ادامه داد: «شهيد علي امامي» دايي شهيد ميثم در عمليات «كربلاي 5» و در
منطقه شلمچه به شهادت رسيد و بنده در دوران دفاع مقدس مسئوليت حمل و نقل
مهمات و تجهيزات جنگي را بر عهده داشتم و شهيد ميثم نيز آمادگي شهادت را
داشت.
شهيد ميثم عبادي داراي دو برادر و سه
خواهر و ساكن منطقه جنوب تهران بود.

در اولین سالگرد انتخابات مناقشه برانگیز ریاست جمهوری، گزارش ها از ایران حاکی از اعمال تدابیر امنیتی شدید در تهران و شهرهای دیگر است.
این در حالیست که میرحسین موسوی و مهدی کروبی، دو رهبر مخالفان دولت ایران در یک مصاحبه مطبوعاتی مشترک اینترنتی افزایش آگاهی رسانی درباره "استبداد" در ایران را خواهان شده اند.
آن ها پیش از این اعلام کردند به دلیل "حفظ جان و مال مردم" از برگزاری راهپیمایی در سالگرد دهمین دوره انتخابات ریاست جمهوری این کشور صرف نظر کرده اند.
جان لاین، خبرنگار بی بی سی، انتظار دارد که برخی مخالفان دولت شنبه ۲۲ خرداد (۱۲ ژوئن) در ایران دست به اعتراض بزنند.
گروه های طرفدار مردم معترض در خارج از ایران قرار است شنبه در حمایت از مخالفان دولت این کشو در بیش از ۸۰ شهر در سراسر جهان راهپیمایی اعتراض آمیز برگزار کنند.

ماجراجویی دولتی و ضرورت هوشیاری سبزها

چکیده : از مردم شریف ایران و همه فعالان جنبش سبز در این شرایط حساس متوجه توطئه قدرت طلبان و خشونت طلبان باشند و کوچکترین فرصت و امکانی را برای آنها فراهم ننمایند تا با بهره گیری از آن به مقاصد شوم خود دست پیدا کنند و با استفاده از نیروهای تحت امر خود دست به خشونت زده و سپس به بهانه ی آن مردم بی دفاع را مورد تهاجم و کشتار و اسارت قرار دهند و به این نکته توجه کنند که دولت دراین برهه اساسا به حرکات رادیکال نیاز مبرم دارد.
