A site members has started a crusade attacking anyone who describes Islamist regime of iran as "aslamist rapists". This site member has been hijacking no other blog, than the ones dedicated to political prisoners of islamisi regime. I am not even going to comment on the user's motives. I just want to write a few lines myself on this topic without hijacking  blogs dedicated to best and bravest of Iran, the political prisoners of islamist regime.

The act of Rape in Islamic Republic's jails Is  well known and documented. Mr Karoubi, himself a "regime insider", had the courage to speak out against these shamefull acts, post 20009 Fraudulent elections. As early as 1980's, Ayatollah Montazari , himself the most senior Shia cleric, wrote letters to Khomeini complaining about these shameful acts in the name of islam. Ayatollah Montazari was banished for the rest of his life, by Khomeini for speaking out on this matter. As recent as March 2012, Mr Ahmad Shahid, UN envoy on Human rights abuse to Iran -Iran being unique in having a "special envoy on human rights abuse" assigned to it by UN - Confirmed reports of Rape and Torture in Islamic Republic's jails.

Every Iranian knows what has been going on behind the locked doors of Evin and hundreds of other known and unknown prisons of Islamist regime. We all know about Rape, torture and murder of political prisoners.

Those who have been living in vaccume for the past 34 years can just do a brief internet search on this topic. I did, and this is what I came up with , just the top few....

Doctors examining Kazemi's body found evidence of rape, torture and a skull fracture

or

New reports of Rape in Iranian prisons

or

Surviving Rape In Islamic republic's jails

or

IHRDC publishes report on Rape in Iranian prisons.

or

Memories of Rapes in Islamic republics prisons

or

Islamic Republic Uses rape as a weapon against men and women

or

Female prisoners Raped before execution

or

Iranians say Rape is not new

or

samples of shocking reports of Rape and Torture in Islamic regime's prisons

or

Ahmad Shahid (UN special Envoy )confirming reports of Rape and Torture in Irannian prisons.

or

....

Well, based on all the evidence, I for one fully understand and agree with the term "Islamist rapists" being used within the context of describing the behaviour of Islamic Republic towards it's citizens.

I think Anahid khanoom and Souri khanoom can sort their differences, as I believe , if I am not wrong, they go back a long time...

Thanks for understanding my point of view. I see your point regarding the irony of attacking Islam in a blog dedicated to political prisoners who are Gonabadi darvishes, a branch of Shia islam, which I am surprised nobody picked on. But what can we do? Attack each other or just focus on the issues at hand, fully recognoising we are all different people with different perspectives on life? I think the latter.

Well,  take care. I need to run (literally!!)

Thanks for all the links concerning the raping of prisoners , etc. I have no objection with the word Rapists.

I hate everything about the mullas in Iran and what they did and are doing to us.  I hate them more than you can imagine. I have even more reasons to hate them cause they are using my religion to justify their mischief on earth.  As the result we are ending up with people like Divaneh who think this is real Islam.   Which i am not here to get into that argument.

On Fred , however, this latest talk all started when Anahid wanted to shut souri up . Why?   Is it too hard to just let it go ....  Then there came an army of Fred's supporters commenting one after another.

" What is this obsession with Fred ?"   .... good question rozbeh jan but shouldn't this be asked from his supporters who cross the fire for him?

I have no obsession with him. I occassianlly remind him of his limit giving the fact that this is an Iranain.com not Isrealis.com worse than that BiBi.com!!!

Also thanks for stating your views  and I could not agree more.

: )

Well dear COP, at the risk of being "investigated" by the entity "we", may I offer you to take a look at this news item

My own layman's diagnosis: The guy/gal is a seriously mentaly disturbed individual, in desperate need of attention, who is confusing cyber space with real world. He/she  should be locked away in a secure mental institution for his/her own and society's safety...

My advice: Do what the rest of us do. Just ignore the attention seeking psycho, and keep writing.

sosan khanoom: what is this obsession about Fred? He is just another blogger. Let hims say what he wants to say. To me he is like most bloggers here (including yourself). I agree with some of what he says and disagree with most of his other stuff! I certainly do not agree with a policy of indiscriminate sanctions upon Iranians or military attack on Iran...

By the way  did you read the links I posted on rape of Political prisoners in Islamic republic's jails? What do you think? Are you outraged like the rest of us? Are you prepared to condemn these shameful   acts?  Are you prepared to join forces with other Iranians who think different from you politicaly in supporting our political prisoners unconditionaly?

Just want to let you know that your link takes us to the political prisoners that are " Gonabadi Dervishes " which happen to be muslims and they are not shy about it either.  Although I admit  that " Sibil " is a bit misleading but for sure it is not the Stalin's mustache. lol

Now I am not sure how those political prisoners like the term " Islamists " ?

With all these foot soldiers  and devotees on this site , Fred must be walking on cloud 9 now !!

Thank you.

Thank you friends for reeading, commenting and extra information on the subject of Rape of Political prisoners in Islamic Republic's Jails.

The very fact that someone gets attacked for merely calling the Islamist fascist rulers of our country, what they are, "Islamist Rapists" is truely a  sad refection of what this site has become...

While I totally separate moderate and peace loving Muslims from this (though sadly many of them are too silent over the murderous fanaticism of their fellow believers - the Islamists), I fully support the points you raise. Excellent piece.

Shame on the apologists for Islamist Rapists (and any other rapist for that matter).

Many Thanks Roozbeh

Dear Roozbeh thanks for gathering all these evidence in one blog, and thanks to others who have added to it. Islamist Rapists is a true description of IRI and no religious sensitivity should stop us from calling a spade, spade.

The truth is that the religion practiced by the general Iranian Muslim has little to do with the real Islam. The good people of Iran and ME associate anything good with Islam. The real Islam is practiced by IRI and is a fascist ideology centred on killing, stealing and raping others and taking societies to ransom.

"Islamist Rapist" is Correct, on many levels. Thank you

Thank you Roozbeh. Islamist Rapist is correct on many levels, from Quran's permission to rape Muslim's prisoners of war, to IRI's Actions.

by hamsade ghadimi on

gilani, i've been out of touch with i.com for a while.  so now, the "anti oppositin" is all mad about calling the rapists running iri "islamist rapists?"

how about calling them "those who wear aba and amaameh, don't shave their face, pray to mecca, have sanctioned their goons to commit rape against iranian political prisoners (as a policy), idolize an arab who was a child rapist, think it's ok to have sex with a girl as young as 9, and ...."

on the other hand, i think "islamist rapists" will suffice.

If one needs more evidence about rape in Regime's prisons, here is a woman's testimony in Iran Tribunal. The most difficult part for the victim was not the rape itself or the suicide attempt. It was about telling her father who was taking care of her daughter that she was raped.

Thanks RG for your blog

it is important that people know that rape is used by iri with many goals which some include creation of fear, and shame in political prisoners and other activists.

Here's a Frontline video to watch on the subject.  Here's a summary:

"A harrowing report from inside Iran, whereFRONTLINE/World reporter Jane Kokan risks her life to secretly film shocking evidence of the torture and murder of students and journalists opposed to the regime. Kokan, in disguise, escapes the constant surveillance of Iranian authorities to interview underground and jailed activists.:"

This is Excellent blog to remind people why the IRI is referred to as Islamist Rapist! Whoever challenges this or changes the subject on the blogs you referred to, is directly/indirectly supporting this Islamist Rapist regime. Shame on them!
