You want help from individuals who use pseudonyms to stand up for what is right?

Yes, I do agree that something needs to be done. However, who is going enforce it?

Many fear to be assassinated or there loved ones in Iran harmed by the Regime if they stand  up against it.

I only speak of the ex-pats in this scenario.

I hate to be cynical but it is a tough sell and an ever tougher crowd.

yes, it should be set in a fair trial though. not a trial over who can finesse the audience (jurors) with nonesense (bullshit) more.  present known facts that is known by both prosecutor and defender and is proven to be true. In a perfect world the prosecutor wouldnt want to advance his/her occupation the defender wouldnt either. the law wouldnt be a game of rise to the top of the latter, but as a matter of fact,  of what in english is called conscious.  what the stuff are we here for? lol (quote) if you were in his shoes you would be shivering, he stood up tall and strong, cause he knew he did no wrong, and spoke the truth to the power, he was hung dead, later that hour.

I am truly humbled!

Enough looking around 4 someone else lengesh koone!

As I mentioned before here, I am in process of getting help from few very successful attorneys in United States and In Europe.

As an Iranian, I can not stop and see no one really is seeking an all out solution!!! This is absurd!!!

After all that has happened to my country men, women and children , I have sworn to do something and am willing to put my own life and all my avaiable resources on the line here again!

I will be traveling to London and Paris to seek help on every front and will let you all know and will update those who are honestly care, interested and at least willing to help in any caliber, no matter how small or big! We must form a Nationalistic Iranian Coalition and present our case globally and demand for our Human Rights. A basic human Rights that has been taken away from every single Iranian by the Islamic Republic for over 30 dark years. We will take I.R. to  the International Criminal Court of Law in Hague , Holland!

Like any human with the right mind, I too am not forgetting about "OIL"!!!!

However, "The International Criminal Court" in Hague, Holland is designed for all nations globally to present their cases about any serious and true cases that proves "CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY"have occured against them!!! Which by the way, Iran and Iranians are  prefect candidates for!!! Don't you think?

Moreover, a single voice, a single true "Abarmard" named Dr. Mossadegh took a case ("OIL") to a similar court in Holland on behalf of justice and Iran and WON!!!! At the time when SUPER POWERS would roll over a country and a nation such as IRAN without too much problems and serious consequences!!!

Instead of making excuses , we shall stand up and try to do something and move forward!!! Don't you think and agree?

Of course "executing such warrant" against I.R. and its top officials is not a likely scenario at this time, even with all the forces you mentioned here Sir!

However, our collective Symbolic action in which Iranian nation with the help of her own citizens inside and outside the country of IRAN, presents one of the most serious cases of the century to the "International Criminal Court" in Hague and in front of the entire world will be an unprecednted ACT to bring all those Islamic Republic's top officials who ordered and committed the ultimate"Crimes against Humanity" to full and true EXPOSURE globally!!!

A just verdict by "I.C.C." would be an initial step and paves the way for the Final mission which is to arrest and sentence them one by one (when their regime topples) and if they are still alive!

That my friend is an absolute 100% possibility only if Iranians outside Iran actually do something about it, FINALLY!!!!

If all these Tragedies would have happened to any single Nation in the world (especially western nations), HELL would have broken loose by now! Don't you think?

We Iranians outside Iran who are able to do something legally are unfortunately are NOT UNITED , always blame foreigners for our own shortcomings in life and worse are waiting for them to solve our problems and serve it the best possible way to us and on the silver platter!!!!

As a human and an Iranian/American, I am saddened by such level of ignorance and selfishness !!!!

Our  last mass collective and united action was our mass demonstrations in PARIS recently and was one of our most single positive action outside iran so far!

WE AS A NATION MUST SEEK REAL SOLUTIONS FOR OUR PEOPLE AND COUNTRY, NOT CIRCLING AROUND OURSELVES OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITHOUT A COMMON AND UNITED GOAL, PURPOSE AND MISSION!!!

WE MUST ALL UNITE, AND DO WHATEVER IN OUR POWERS AND CAPACITIES TO MOVE TOWARD OUR ULTIMATE GOAL (FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE) BY AT LEAST TAKING OUR CASE TO THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT FOR A JUDGEMENT AGAINST ISLAMIC REPUBLIC AND ITS ENTIRE EVIL ENTITY!

You would think with so many Iranian-American and European-Iranian Attorneys around the world they would at least think about the most rewarding case of their whole life times!!!!

Yadollah Javani is very ruthless! This guy talked about "gouging opposition's eyes out and totally blinding them"! He is very graphic about how to crackdown on the reformists! I read it in the Los Angeles Times. It sent chills thru my spine! I don't see any "Islamic mercy" from this guy! This guy is an undisputed butcher! I hope he gets punished!
