Yoga and Ion Foot Detox bath: a cure for back pain?

Listening to METALLICA's Unforgiven while writing this...

Due to three car accidents (one resulting in serious whip-lash), my misspent youth in the gym as an amateur boxer, slight scoliosis in the spine, and generally bad posture and sitting habits, I have occassionally suffered from mild to sometimes chronic back pain over the past few years. After my car accidents, I sought a range of alternative therapies - refusing to go the conventional route. I did the 10 required sessions of Rolffing after my third car accident, which helped tremendously, and which I recommend to anyone. I see a chiropractor at least once every two months and occasionally an Osteopath. On and off for several years I also did Yoga, from Hatha to Kriya and power Yoga, etc. All of these helped, but something was also missing because the discomfort in the back would return (usually mildly) on the very same day and persist not letting me sleep properly, etc. Recently a friend of mine recommended I try the Ion Detox method together with Yoga. Here is a video on Ion Detox and what it looks like:

I have had two half hour sessions with the Ion Detox over two weeks now and have been committedly doing an hour of Yoga every day since (sometimes twice), and miracle of miracles, the back pain and discomfort has disappeared finally giving me rest and even allowing me to meditate sitting in lotus position after Yoga without needing any  back support. The energy levels have also been amazingly high and quite balanced, something I haven't experienced at this level for a decade. Given this, I thought I'd share this, since many, many Iranians from all walks of life and age groups suffer from back pain and don't ever do anything about it. Do your own investigations into the Ion Detox, but with the Yoga you cannot go wrong.

It ain't dye, babe

I've done it myself. Within 15 minutes the water was all dark orange. Look, go do your own investigating and find somewhere in your own local area that has it offering it for a reasonable price and give it shot. You will feel the difference immediately, and if not immediately then definitely on the same day! And put the Yoga in there as well...

Come now. I tried Kevin Trudeau's Megamemory program and breezed through college and grad school as a result. Yes, Kevin's late night infomercial culture is somewhat tacky and cheesy (the veritable great State of Wisconsin as a matter of fact), but this Ion Detox actually works on solid principle and my own experience. It pulls various toxins right through the feet: toxins that can possibly linger in the body for years on end without release that nothing other than something like this can get rid of. Besides, a half-hour session with this has only cost me $30 bucks each time, and the Yoga has cost me nothing. Really, people have absolutely nothing to lose.

I'll be honest about these detoxes

I've read that they are a mix between placebo and luck. These treatments don't work for everyone. I do think they are safer than some prescription medicines.

This reminds me of Kevin Trudeau

I'm not saying it's not good, but you know what I mean. Do you have Kevin hanging out around there? I think he was banished from the US.
