Computers are taking over.

The music used to be played by musical instruments.  Now they're mixing them with computer programs and the artists are all but given up on traditional instruments.

Sometimes I think all the poems that can have good music put on them have already been written.  Same with names of bands and artists and perhaps one reason we see so many weird names.

You can now "text" anything and be done with it, including breakups and divorces!

Dear Niki, I saw parts of American Music Awards show

Niki jan, Thanks for your questions. I saw the part that Justin Bieber thanked Usher and Usher came to stage. So I laughed when I saw your question about them. You are correct, I miss performers like Maddona and Tina Turner. My 16 year old daughter likes to listen to Madonna' s mid 80s music. In my opinion, compared to 60s, 70s and 80s, American music has not done so well after 1990s or at least the famous acts of 1990s and years after that are not as interesting as famous performers of years before 1990. But then I am no expert in music. That Gaven guy looked good though and Pink better be careful in her performances now that she is pregnant. Once they announced that she is pregnant, rather than paying too much attention to her music, I was checking to make sure she does not do too much jumping and too difficult moves on stage.
