Don't jump into calling people unfairly anti-arab. This has nothing to do with anti-arabism. I can write a ton of material about the massacres committed by the Mongols when they invaded Iran. That doesn't mean I am anti-Mongol or anti-Oriental.

People in Iran (such as you for example) would be perfectly tolerant on reading about Changiz or Teymour's atrocities in Iran, because they don't have attachments to those figures.

But we do have religious attachments to Ali and Hossein, etc. So we tend to be more selective about what we accept and what we don't when it comes to them. This filtering is only a refelection of our feelings, not the truth and facts of history.

Arabs called Iranians "ajam" and considered our ancestors "najess". That's part of history. Early after their invasion, an Iranian was not permitted to ride on a horse in front of a pedestrian Arab. The slave markets of koofeh and madineh were filled with Iranian gholam and kaniz. The first emaam, Ali, ordered the massacre of the city of Estakhr whose population rebelled against the Arab rule. Hossein and Hassan both were among commanders of armies sent to crush the Mazandaran rebellion.

Many Arab historians confirm the above accounts. Shia historians cannot be considered credible on these matters because of their obvious biases.

This is not all. Hossein made good on his remarks. He and Hasaan both were commanders in the Arab armies sent to crush the Iranians rebellion against the Arabs in Mazandaraan. The Iranians were defeated and many young women and men were sent to slave markets of Medina.

Even if this writing above is NOT true and in fact fabricated, the fact that any sane(insane) individual after almost 1400 long years still mourns and beats himself to death for "Hussein the insane" is beyond sad and in real fact is Psychotic, beyond help and very mentally sick thoughts, behaviours and actions...
