Shy Kevin Tillett, a four year old patient at London's Ormond Street Hospital, did just that when an unexpected visitor, Empress Farah Diba of Iran dropped by for a visit yesterday. He emerged only after she had left. The Empress and her husband the Shah of Iran, are on a private visit in London.
