Quickest way to bring Down Islamic Republic in less than 24 hours

I need everyone`s help on this. Suppose if we make a magic box which will intercept the IR media (TV & Radio) and then we will broadcast our own program. We will then have less than 10 minutes to broadcast what we want to say in order to get the people inside Iran to rise up.
1) This Magic box must be made by Persian Engineers only.
2) What would you say if you were behind that microphone to the people in order to get them to rise up by millions and finish this regime in less than 24 hours ?
