Sorry but there is NO OTHER way I can deal with such hate material other than to add humour. Otherwise it is so horrendously ugly and disturbing.

sk: sorry if i was oblique

by hamsade ghadimi on

sorry if i was oblique.  i would think that i.com would avoid controversy of publishing a deragatory picture of prophet mohammad in order not to deal with the costly act of dealing with islamists who condone violence for such acts.  the examples that come to mind are salman rushdie, danish cartoonist and theo van gogh.  if that was the case, why would they publish hurtful images that are sancrosanct to the bahais?  is it because they can get away with it?  if it is not the case, i'm sure someone would be willing to anonymously put i.com to the task (by sending a deragotary picture of mohammad).  is it more clear?

nothing is sacred

by hamsade ghadimi on

or is it that some things are not sacred?  would iranian.com publish a deragotary cartoon of prophet mohammad and suffer the consequences?  if they do, i hope that those running this site have deep pockets like salman rushdie so that they can protect themselves from the loonies.

Why not be a standup comedian?

You make people laugh so there's natural talent there even if you do not know it! A second Omid Djalili .... oh go on .... do it professionally instead of an amateur hobby.

But, here's the problem. Haifan Bahaism is not a genuine religion. It is a dangerous NWO cult. And as such all malice and venom directed at this cult is 110% justified. And you ain't seen nothin' yet. Wait for the regime in Iran to finally change when the final nail is hammered into the coffin of political Haifan Bahaism in Iran with me holding the hammer!

Now go take a hike singing your One Planet, One People koombayas while with one hand your shaking down peoples pockets!

You forgot to the real reason and the true one

by Shepesh on

Your disagreements with religious authority and your subsequent position as Apostate because you malicious attack on their religion. And you claim it is not personal? One can see through your venomous rants, imbalanced judgments, especially in your last comment.

I do

by Nur-i-Azal on

I am one of the most vociferous critics of exoteric religions (mazhab garaa'ee) and cultism that I know of because exoteric religion = false consciousness. I am an advocate of gnosis and esotericism (ma'rifat) not exoteric religions. But you Baha'is have claimed to be different from the others, while you are exactly the same (and in fact in some respects far worse), with your founders being exactly like rest of the hatefilled, hypocritical psychotic monsters of all the other creeds.

Nope, the reason I pick on Bahaism is because it is a dangerous, anti-Iranian NWO Stalinist cult (an Iranian version of Scientology) whose globalist internationalist agenda, among other things, is inimical to 1) Iranian nationalism and autochthony, 2) it is a wolf in sheeps clothing pretending to be something else and thus an enemy to the cause of human liberty and freedom everywhere, 3) because its founder was a thug and a bona fide criminal, and so 4) everything this organization represents is a lie and given this it must be mercilessly exposed. That doesn't mean the people belonging to it are bad, but the organization behind it is certainly evil and rotten to the core!

That said, some of the arguments Mr Moshiri says here can be applied to Bahaism:

Religions and old verses

by Gavazn on

You might as well select snippets and specific verses from all religions and condemn them. Why just bahai? I remember from one of your blogs which has now been deleted, someone quoted a verse from the Qoran about disciplining a disobedient wife physically, and you flipped and could not take that. You started to get angry with them with insults. Why so selective about bahais? Why are you not doing montages of all prophets?

What about apostasy in Islam and Christianity, with old verse? The punishment of apostasy in Islam and Christianity is death, and not only that, the one who tries to convert you is also to be put the death! Some people say the verses are open to interpretation, but my point is ALL religions and old verse are like this. The reason you continuously pick on Bahais is due to PERSONAL stuff. That is not objective. You should be condemning all religions if you condemn one over this issue.

QUOTE

Chapter 11

The Critics of the Cause of God (munkirin-i-amru'llah)

The Ancient Beauty in the Tablet of Habib from
Maragha, which begins with "H B hear the call of God from the direction
of the throne by the protective signs/verses (bi-ayati
muhayyimin)..etc." they
[i.e. Husayn 'Ali Nuri] enunciate the command (mi-farmayand) [i.e.
state],

By God,
the Truth, whomsoever criticizes it [
i.e. Baha'ism], [which
is] possessed of the manifest, the brilliant, the high and the
perspicuous excellence, it behoveth him to ask his mother
[yanbaghi

about his origins [or
'state', i.e.'hal', meaning he should inquire his mother about his
legitimate conception – trans.

, for he
shall return to the nethermost hell

the following is quoted by 'Abbas Effendi from a prayer by his father,
cf. THE BAHA'I FAITH AND ISLAM (ed.) Heshmat Moayyad (The Association
for Baha'i Studies: Ottawa, 1990), p.23

Quote

O God! Whomsoever
violates My Covenant, O God, humiliate him. Verily whosoever violates My
Covenant, erase and efface him.

the most important power

by i am a bahai too on

Gavazn,

Yes, true, people who attack others may feel they have no power. Perhaps they are seeking the wrong kind of power; all possess THE POWER TO LOVE. That is the greatest power of all.

People that do this are clutching at straws

by Gavazn on

Because they have no power and only options left to them is to resort to harassing individuals and trying to hurt their feelings. Like someone else said, they are acts of desperation. It reminds me of terrorists, they want results through awful means because they have no morals. They end up hurting ordinary people.

Dear Gavazn:

by i am a bahai too on

Dear Gavazn:

Those are verses from Kalimat Maknuna aka "Hidden Words," written by Baha'u'llah.  Half are written in Arabic, half in Farsi. The Blessed Beauty (Jamali Mubarak) said that these brief verses condense the spiritual wisdom of all religion, all faith.  http://reference.bahai.org/en/t/b/HW/

If you read them you will likely wonder why the Faith engenders such abuse as sometimes gets posted here.  I am sure the originator of this thread is pleased to hear that his abuse is extremely hurtful. Nevertheless, God is greater than a collection of mere electrons.

Also, we recognize that each of the great Messengers of God faced severe opposition and persecution. Nevertheless, truth overcame this. Such, we believe will be the destiny of this Faith, to overcome prejudice, hatred, and superstition with Divine Love and Knowledge.

O BOND SLAVE OF THE WORLD! Many a dawn hath the breeze of My loving-kindness wafted over thee and found thee upon the bed of heedlessness fast asleep. Bewailing then thy plight it returned whence it came. -Baha'u'llah

O SON OF SPIRIT!

by i am a bahai too on

O SON OF SPIRIT!

There is no peace for thee save by renouncing thyself and turning unto Me;

for it behooveth thee to glory in My name, not in thine own;

to put thy trust in Me and not in thyself, since I desire to be loved alone

and above all that is.

O SON OF SPIRIT!

I created thee rich, why dost thou bring thyself down to poverty?

Noble I made thee, wherewith dost thou abase thyself?

Out of the essence of knowledge I gave thee being,

why seekest thou enlightenment from anyone beside Me?

Out of the clay of love I molded thee, how dost thou busy thyself

with another? Turn thy sight unto thyself, that thou mayest find Me

standing within thee, mighty, powerful and self-subsisting.

by Nur-i-Azal on

Shame and decency on Rezvan!? That's pretty rich coming from folks who celebrate an event which has absolutely no basis in reality other than the lies and contrivances of a bald soap seller from Kashan and his very ambitious master with his (un)godly claims, not to mention the overactive imaginations of pseudo-historians writing fiction and calling it history.

Gavazn, you can use some of that hallucination yourself, and maybe a couple of hard knocks of the sledge hammer to your hard sectarian head as well in order to see things a lot straighter than you are.

BTW any recent word on the case of the 7 members of the Hayyat-e-Gaavaan? How is their house custody holiday on the dime of the IRI panning out while hundreds, if not thousands, are being practically lobotomized by the IR torture machine for expressing their opinion about a system only slightly, a tad, more fascist than you all are?

“Bahá'u'lláh has clearly said in His Tablets that if you have an enemy, consider him not as an enemy. Do not simply be long-suffering; nay, rather, love him. Your treatment of him should be that which is becoming to lovers.” Do not even say that he is your enemy. Do not see any enemies. Though he be your murderer, see no enemy
