Axis of Evil: Ginrigrich - Bolton - Rajavi

Newt Gingrich recently announced that "when he becomes President" his likely choice for foreign secretary would be John Bolton.

For those that may not remember, John Bolton is a neoconservative lawyer who served in both the Reagan and George W. Bush administration in the Department of Justice and the Department of State. He was involved in the Iran-Contra affair, and served as the Under Secretary of State for Arms Control and International Security from 2001 to 2005, where he dealt with Iran's Nuclear Programs. In 2005 he was appointed as the US ambassador to the U.N. in a recess appointment because it was very clear that he would not be confirmed for this position by the Senate and retired from this position in 2006 when the recess term ended. Since then, he has been in variably involved with think tanks in Washington such as JINSA (Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs), PNAC (Project for a New American Century) etc.  He entered washington as a protege of Senator Jesse Helms (the far right wing Senator from North Carolina - now deceased). He is a contemporary of Bill and Hilary Clinton's at Yale.

John Bolton was well known as a firey (sometimes rude) diplomat while in Service at the Department of State and the U.N. One funny example is that when he was part of the Six-Party talks with North Korea he described Kim Jung-il as a a tyranicall dictator and that life is a hellish nightmare for North Koreans under him. In response the North Korean delegation asked that he be removed from the meetings saying that such "human scum and bloodsucker is not entitled to take part in the negotiation".

He was allegedly involved in getting the bogus statement about Niger's supply of yellow cake to Iraq included in Bush's speech to congress. And is also considered to have taken such hawkish views on spinning intelligence within the intelligence community that to defy him sometimes meant that analysts would be reassigned or fired from their jobs.  He is famous for saying that "there is no such thing as the United Nations, there is only the international community led by the United States". He also apparently said of the 38 storey UN building in New York, that "if it lost 10 storeys today it would not make any difference to the world". He is so outspoken and undiplomatic, that even Senate Republicans did not support his nomination for the U.N. ambassadorship. He was a very strong supporter of the Iraq war.

John Bolton is also a long-time supporter of the a Marxist Iranian terror group called the Mujahedeens (aka MEK/MKO/PMOI/NCRI/the Monkeys). They have blended Islam with Marxism to create an Iranian Pol Pot type organization based in a former military camp in Iraq, after they fled from Iran. While under Saddam Hussein's protection they served as his internal security apparatus helping him with massacring rebeling Kurdish factions among many other massacres. This organization is on the U.S. state deparment's list of terrorist organizations. He regularly speaks at their meetings, and often gets standing ovations backing their legitimacy....even though almost no-one inside or even outside Iran (except their 3000 or so cult members) supports them. This group killed a number of U.S. service men in Iran prior to the revolution and had a good number of members trained in the former Soviet Union by their intelligence teams on how to conduct terror campaigns. They were instrumental in the toppling of the Shah and the rise of the Islamists factions in Iran after the revolution in 1979. This group has been led by a husband and wife team - Massoud and Maryam Rajavi. Massoud Rajavi is considered by many to be a 'scum bag' who like Newt Gingrich has gone through a series of wives, and had an adulterous relationship with his current third wife that was married to his best friend. The Rajavis have controlled this organization dictatorially for over 30 years, eliminated all opposition, and actually created a sort of cult-like following with major ideological purges internally. Their members are NOT allowed off base in Iraq. Its the Khmer Rouge rearing its ugly head again.

On December 7th, the Wasington Times reported that Newt Gingrich had announced to the National Jewish Forum that John Bolton would be his nominee for Foreign Secretary //www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/dec/7/gingrich-john-bolton-will-be-my-secretary-state/

Given Bolton's sordid history it is not surprising that Gingrich would support his nomination for foreign secretary. Birds of a feather flock together. Gingrich himself has a very sordid history ...not only in his private life (of documented adulturous, almost ruthless behaviour in his 3 marriages), but of major ethics violations as speaker of the house as well as a strong reputation for recieving cash from lobbyists. i.e. being corrupt. I just saw a young turks video about Newt Gingrich, where there was detailed accounts of how he has collected over 50 million dollars for his 'charity' handed out only 137,000 out in 2 years, spent 3.6 million dollars on travel for that charity (by the way he always travels first class)!! And now he is the republican front runner with a growing lead over Romney of over 20 points in the polls.

When it comes to an axis of evil, I don't think it gets much better than Gingirch - Bolton - Rajavi. Stay tuned guys. If Gingrich comes to power, yes the IRI could be toppled (great); but wait-for-it a new pack of rats will be handed power (namely the Rajavis) and Iranians will be under their tyrannical rule for another 30 years...and expect a blood bath and an ideological revolution just like Pol Pot conducted in Cambodia.

If you think things could not get much worse than they are today in Iran, put on your seat belts ...because we'll all be in for a ride. Defeating Newt Gingrich should be a priority for the Iranian American community in the U.S. It would be about as bad as it could get for Iranians.

bushtheliberator

I like John Bolton, but I don't understand this MEK- phobia

by bushtheliberator on

The MEK could not whip the Austin,Texas police department ;how can you even imagine them as a dominant force in Iran ??

And if you're still upset by the removal of Saddam, just let it be an incentive to liberate yourself >> Don't wait for John to do it !

God Help the world, what could be worse?

by amirparvizforsecularmonarchy on

Sadly you are right on bolton as foreign secretary and yet Gingrich is leading Republicans. Its like AIPAC chooses the president, all he needs to do is choose McCain as VP and the AIPAC Dream Team can help the world skip towards hell, with Iran divided like North Korean/South Korea and the MeK in charge of the Buffer North.
