BBC Persian and Bahais

I woudn't have posted this comment was it not for the fact that you happen to be an esteemed member of the Bahai faith as well as the owner of this blog, celebrating 70 years of the BBC Persian service. 

Right from its launch to the present day there appears to be a notable Bahai presence, among other creeds, in the leading staff of the Persian service of the BBC. From the first head of this service, Mr Hassan Moaghar Balyouzi, followed at the same time by Mr Abbas Dehghan, both prominent and respected Bahais to the present generation whose names I prefer to keep to myself, the Bahai staff have had both politcal as well as cultural contributions to this service. Given that the BBC Persian was launched with the specific objective of working against the then Iran's head of the state, Reza Shah (as mentioned in the video) how can you explain their naked politcal involvement against the Bahai faith's forbidding its follower to involve themselves in politics?

Please be advised that I maintain full respect for the Bahai faith and its followers.

This was a very informative video on a historical level. But still I find BBC, very defensive and all the arguments are in defense of their strategy and long term program.

I admired Jamalzadeh's words there.

This video worth to be seen and to  reflect on it.
