Peaceful Legal Reforms Are Illegal Under The islamic Constitution

ABSTRACT: Peaceful Means Cannot Achieve the goal of a Secular, Democratic Iran. Iranians, under governance of the islamic constitution, as installed by Ayatollah Khomeini, have no legal avenue or instrument to bring about peaceful change to Iran from an “islamic state” to any other form of philosophically/ideologically defined state or governance; including a Secular Democratic Iran. This can be learned from even a cursory review of the Preamble and selected.

In its’ Preamble, the islamic leaders are defined to be “militant clergy”. By definition “militant” is an adjective accrediting the attributes of an aggressive, combative force engaged in warfare. The islamic regime has for more than thirty (30) years waged warfare on Iranians and Iran; their “islamic jihad” upon us has never been peaceful or even claimed to be anything but oppressive. Again, by definition “jihad” comes from a verb that signifies "the use or exertion of one's utmost power, efforts, endeavors, or his ability..." However, in the Muslim world jihad has come to mean an exertion of one's power in God's cause to spread islam to everyone and everywhere. Anyone who offers an alternative to islamic law or culture is viewed as making war upon God, which results in the call for jihad. The objective of each type of jihad is the spreading of islam and the establishment of an Islamic world-state. The call to jihad remains in effect as long as the universal domination of Islam has not been attained. Thinking of jihad in terms of multiple decades or even centuries would be consistent with the historic pattern.

Further, the two Articles (excerpts included below) clearly set into law the power of this “militant islamic clergy” to keep Iran as a trophy for islam by removing any legal peaceful means by which Iranians may at future time, by consensus, change Iran from this “islamic state”.

Chapter I [Article 2]: General Principles
Article 2 defined an Islamic Republic as a system based on the belief: There is only one God. Understanding God's divine nature is fundamental in setting laws. Human beings return to God after death. God is just. Leadership shall continue the revolution of Islam.

Chapter XIV [Article 177]: Revision of Constitution
This article regulates the process for revising the Constitution and puts a moratorium on revisions to particular aspects of the Constitution.

[18] The article further stipulates that particular aspects of the Constitution are unalterable: the Islamic character of government and laws, the objectives of the republic, the democratic character of the government, “the absolute wilayat al-'amr and the leadership of the Ummah”, the administration of the country by referendum, and the official religion of Shi'a Islam. [17]

So I ask you, how can any peaceful means of change ever succeed in changing the political/cultural enslavement of Iran by this current wave of “islamic jihad”?
