Salaam,
It was good to see Chihuahua, it has been a minute since i have been there. I love the westin hotel and the statue in it, we used to call it Rebeca and btw the sushi in Mexico is awesome, it has a spanish twist to it.

How fun. So much of it is like Iran. The gated community where your sister lives is a bit like Dehkadeh Saheli outside of Bandar Pahlavi. Irandokht, Mexican coke is really good. It actually tastes different from American coke. They use real sugar where we use corn syrup. If you have any Hispanic grocers in your area they may import it.

Thanks for sharing the interesting photos especially No.8! I noticed your interest for eating places which might explain why you are out of shape! Cyrus the great said that he wouldn't give breakfast to his soldiers till they had worked and exercised first. He said they had only to eat to replensish what they had lost due to work and exercise! Good diet tip for everyone!

looks like a lot of fun!  I didn't like all the fast food joints, and it's sad that they consume more coke than US does (that means way too much)

3 weeks of family, good food, sight seeings, nice weather, blue whales ;-)  and fun sounds real good!  I hope you don't get all stressed out again too soon...

Iran is similar to Mexico

Iran is very similar to Mexico. Both countries have a lot of Oil. As a matter of fact, Mexico is one Oil producing country that is not part of OPEC. And Mexico and Iran look similar. Corruption in governemnt in Iran and mexico has existed since the creation of Mexico as a country; and corruption in Iran has existed for more than 2500 years. Both countries are developing nations, formally known as 3rd world nations and underdeveloped nations. And both countries have an abundant amount of Coca-Cola.

The Photos were great. Thanks, I have visited Iran and Mexico many times; and your photos brought back vivid memories.
