HIGH cholesterol-try NIACIN

by Organic NUTritionist on

NIACIN (in the form of inositol hexaniacinate)

cholester is best controlled by diet and lifestyle measures and there are some great natural compounds like NIACIN, GARLIC, GUGULIPID AND PANTETHINE.

please consider natural measures like by DIET and EXERCISE and taking natural supplements before taking cholesterol medications that are highly toxic to the liver AND carcinogenic.

BEAUTIFUL PICTURES BOTH SETS--  :)

but holy cholesterol!!!!! 300?? do you take lipitor and still is so uncontrolled? watch it JJ. Not that you'd listen to me of all the people, I see you didn't buy the " learn spanish in 4 weeks" from costco for $30! See, now you have to suffer the extra formal spain spanish, those easy ones don't even bother with formality of spain's spanish.

Thank you JJ for taking us on a stroll in Tequisquiapan with you.

Another beautiful destination to add to our list of places to see before we die!

With the swine flu 'scare' wearing off, perhaps we should re-visit the idea of getting together in Cabo this summer?

Looking through these pictures felt like walking into a book of paintings. What a beautiful place and how whimsical the architecture and the color combinations. If that charming town can have such a visual effect on me through pictures, I am sure your eyes are enjoying a feast of beauty, color, and charm. Thanks for taking us there, Jahanshah. Enjoy your trip!

but every time I saw a gorgeous picture and thought about going there for a visit, I remembered the bats...  I guess I am not as brave as you!

I also liked the option of "send as e-card" that you've added to the pictures. Many times, I've wanted to share a beautiful picture from the essays. Nice!

Thanks for sharing your adventures :o)
