by asadabad on Wed Jul 20, 2011 02:31 AM PDTWhy don't you believe in Leprechauns? Better yet, why don't you believe in SantaClaus?
Why is it stupid to believe in those things, while on the other hand, it's ok to believe in a hidden imam?
Now leave and cry like the girl that you are. Nobody will miss you.
@Rashti
by asadabad on Wed Jul 20, 2011 02:08 AM PDTYou raise a good point. Why doesn't somebody just go down into the well and pull him out? I guess that Iran needs Joe the Plumber to serve as naib e Imam.
Presstv is out of control. Since when do sunnis believe in the hidden imam? These people are so blindly following their religion it scares me. Watching them pour their drink reminded me of Jim Jones and his koolaid insanity.
Oh yeah?
by Rashti on Tue Jul 19, 2011 09:20 AM PDTWhy don't you go in the "f"ing well and pull the man out? Perhaps he is fallen asleep there and does not realize it is time to come out...or may be he is so freaking fat because of all the BS he has been eating that he is just stuck in there and needs a kick in the rear end so he can get out...

by MRX1 on Tue Jul 19, 2011 06:41 AM PDTis emberassing to any one with two ounces of brain but then again it's omatestan and not Iran and thus you can't expect much. Worshiping a fictional character in a country full of genuine hero's what a sad state of affair.
Not again, his birthday end up with name-calling.
by عموجان on Tue Jul 19, 2011 08:12 AM PDTThere is no fundamentalist in Iran, They are murders. I have no problem mocking any religion when they are executing their own people in the name of religion(Islam) for their own personal gain and their followers approve of it. I am no fan of Tea party but they haven’t started their execution yet, till then Muslims in Iran are doing a fine job of making mockery of their own religion. If Mahdi will only show up when the whole world is under fire then IRI is on the right track by promoting fear.
One last word on this blog
by salman farsi on Mon Jul 18, 2011 11:47 PM PDTIf anything, my contribution to this blog showed that decency and humanity is still alive in this world. As long as there are humans with the most admirable human feelings around there is hope for our world. I am talking about such beautiful souls as Mola Nasredeen, Roozbeh Gilani and Soosan Khanoom.
They may come from different ideological background but they all share the same humanity. May God bless you all.
You will be the champions of any future democracy.

by Soosan Khanoom on Mon Jul 18, 2011 07:55 PM PDTBefore I answer you let me tell you this ... When it comes to any religious belief I will never ever allow myself to mock anyone ... even if i see people worshiping cow on front of me ... I am still humble ..... and show respect .. I think if there is a God he won't get offended ..... he is bigger than that..
I agree with you about fundamentalism ... no matter what is their religion their mentality is the same and they are actually devil worshippers not God..
but not all people who believe are fundamentalists ....
If you see Tea Party, celebrating Coming of the Messiah, how
by Mash Ghasem on Mon Jul 18, 2011 07:30 PM PDTwould you react?
And what's the dif between this and that? What's the difference between Iranian Fundamentalists and their American counter-parts?
P.S. If you look up the term Fundament: one definition means: the hole in the ass. Thus we could safely conclude that all Fundamentalists are a..holes.
My dear Rozbeh
by Soosan Khanoom on Mon Jul 18, 2011 07:21 PM PDTI appreciate your tolerance, honestly and words of wisdom .....
and I quote you "
Seriously guys, just because a man is standing up and declaring his religious beliefs is not justification for personal attacks. Further, most of us know well that vast majority of Iranian people share what Salman here says. Are we against the people we are daily demanding democracy for? Or are we against a regime who is using their religious beliefs to exploit and torment them? "
We need more open minded people like you otherwise we shall never achieve democracy and freedom..
I just have a question from those who mock Salman just because he wants to celebrate this day. You guys are living in the west aren't you? Is this the way you treat your coworkers and neighbors when they celebrate an occasion related to their religion? I do not think so. You may ignore them or you may say some congratulating words even if you are not a believer but you would never allow yourself to mock....
In order for your Mehdi loving, Shitte 'republic' to come about
by Mash Ghasem on Mon Jul 18, 2011 06:25 PM PDTonly in one night in Tabriz they beheaded 20,000 people who refused to convert to Sheayan. Until then a non-existent entity. Tarikh Ejtemaei Iran, Morteza Ravandi.
Since day one "Sheayan" has been nothing but a man made horse crap, all this Mehdi b.s. on top of it. Not a single word about any of this in Koran. Real Muslims would laugh at your utter stupidity. But you're so Plague fested, you can't even see it. You and the back stabbign Salman woud make a good duet of : Scums of the highest order. Congrats.

I'm so glad the last commentator's ideology didn't succeed in Iran. They probably would've killed millions of Shia muslims for believing in God.

Based on the above, simple onotological facts, and because of your realtionship with The Plague, and your promotion of it, you simply can't be any bodies friend, let alone a brother. You'r simply what you are: a Plague fested aggregate of all these self-made doctrines and stupid customes. by Tavana on Mon Jul 18, 2011 02:14 PM PDTWith all the due respect, please present this 'illiterate' commentator with even one verse form Quran witch points to your own made 'Imam Zaman' fairy tale? If Quran is the word of GOD, may he forgives us all, did he forget by any chance to mention about hiding/saving a 'human' for many centuries to save 'you & me' in his book? Do you know 90 or more per cent of Muslims in the world do not believe in such fancy? Do you also know that besides its meaning as a 'leader' Imam also means 'one's deeds' book in that same Quran? What really saves us in this world & in the hereafter is that individual 'Imam' & not 'Imam Zaman.'
Wake Up Call.
