This idea that Iran is determined to nuke Israel is born out of fear, not facts. The fear stems from anti-Israeli propaganda by the Islamic Republic. But having a big mouth should not be a cause for concern on such a level to justify a pre-emptive strike or sabotage. Leaders of the Islamic Republic know full well that any nuclear attack on Israel or any other country would provoke a response 10 times worse. They aren't THAT stupid. And the Israeli & American hawks know it.
