Prominent Iranian scholar has died

Wikipedia: Dr. Hossein Ziai (died August 24th 2011), Tenured Full Professor of Islamic and Iranian Studies, and Director of Iranian Studies at UCLA, where he taught since 1988. He received his B.S. in 1967 in Mathematics & Physics from Yale University, and his Ph.D. in Islamic Philosophy from Harvard University in 1976. Prior to his position at UCLA, Ziai taught at Tehran University, Sharif University, Harvard University, Brown University, and Oberlin College.

This is the info I got about his memorial service: "On the occasion of the sad passing of Dr. Hossein Ziai , a funeral service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Hollywood Hills, on Saturday, September 3rd. The program will begin at 2:30pm with a eulogy at the Old North Church, followed by the burial. A reception will be held at the Hall of Liberty at about 4:15pm."
