Valayati another Islamist terrorist

by IranFirst on

This so called Doctor had approved the Islamic Republic's terrorist activities and the
attacks and killings of Iranian dissidents inside and outside Iran. He also strongly supported the idiot Khomeini's death
sentence against Salman Rushdie, and he (along with Rafsanjani) were left out of the Interpol's wanted list for the Argentina Bombing due to political reasons and deals  (Mohsen Rezai is on Interpol's list ).It will be great when this ugly Islamist tried in front of Iranain people

You mentioned a few names that at some point in time were hard core revolutionaries. Wether they are hard core revolutionaries or simply fallen out of love or have been pushed to the side is not are not in question. The person who is in question is Dr. Velayati and if you have not heard of him being a were a Hojjati I suggest to do your research before denying mine.

But since you have mentioned those names, then I will use them against your own argument. The fact that all those people are fallen out of love with hard core revolutionaries(or what seems to be main stream revolutionaries) is a proof or make my case stronger against Dr. Velayati. how is it in a time that most of the people in charge of Iran are closer to the views and believes of Hojjati sect are also closer to the leader and yet all others are brushed to the side?

Why is it that Dr. Velayati which was Mirhosein`s foreign minister now holds a better place under khamneii and the higest he ever held under Khomeini was a Foreign minister?

How is it that at a time in which Mirhosein is about to go to court to defend why he was ever born, Dr. Velayarti enjoys his position and travels around the world to deliever the leader`s messages?

PS: I said he was a Hojjati because I know he was. Prove me wrong.

The look on Javadi's ugly mug as his papers are snatched.

His existence is as useless as his speeches.

The stuff you mentioned is not unheard of in politics. Also many people who were hard core during the revolution became politically mature or aligned themselves with certain social class in later times, similar to most politics around the world. Those who talk for the benefit of all are mostly poets and social thinkers and not politicians.

As an individual who lives in Iran, one has a choice to take the opportunity of becoming a member of governement (if pieces in place) or have the fortune to stay out. The better question in regards to politicians is whether the path that they represent today matches yours.

In politics choosing bad instead of worse is very common, and bad and worse varies place to place based on countries' history and social values accepted by the majority.

If you were a politician in a country like Iran, doesn't necessarily mean that you agree with all the laws of the Islamic Republic, but you are forced to accept what you got. All politicians try to increase their influence, get some forces together to fight against some of those policies or laws.

Mousavi, Karoubi, Rafsanjani, Khatami, and many more in prisons of Iran today were at some point in time hard core, revolutionaries, and pro authoritarian system. Certainly inside the system there are many forces powerful enough that believes in some of major ideas that many of us promote and that is one reason that those people are still alive otherwise they would be dead today.

Being a revolutionary by only believing in zero-sum game rather than being a revolutionary who also promotes good changes inside the country is the divide among most Iranians inside and outside.

Dr. Velayati has been educated in the USA and his family (jad andar jad) were active members of extremeist faction of Shia called "Hojjati". After revolution Khomeini callled for "haram" of Hojjati sect and Velayai(even his last name is an indication to his belief) changed his belief system and became main stream shia.

I just can`t trust the guy no matter what color he gets. He is a weasle
