Back to the video, I used to boil fossili and ford hook lima beans

then mix bell peppers(all 3 colors),fresh dill,,olive oil,salt &pepp.mix well and break 3-4 eggs on top of it.

put in the oven @350-375 for 15-20 min. Add some more olive oil and top it with parmesan.

and then MANGIA,MANGIA BOUNA'PETITO.

بنظر خوشمزّه میاد! باید امتحان کنم ، در ضمن اون آخرش بادمجونه وسط پرچم ایران بنظر مناسب تر بنظر میاد تا اون رُطیل من درآوردی (البته در غیاب شیر و خورشید)

Try using pasta (rigatoni, penne or oricciete/ ear shaped ) instead of rice with the malaat in kalam polo or with khoresh bademjun.  Then of course there's sour cherry meatballs risoto.  kheili deliziosa!
