Dear Abarmard

by khaleh mosheh on

I have no doubt that she is very pleasing to the eye.  I am just sorry she is forced to wear a manteau and a head scarf rather than something that she truly wishes to wear of her own choice- whatever that may be.

beautiful poem..

by khaleh mosheh on

shame she has to recite it wearing a head scarf and such unbecoming clothing that do not do her justice.

Iranian's 21 century Poetess!

gorgious, Powerful & impressive young woman.  May GOD protect her from IRI / IRR thugs who are running this Ahourai country.

ناتور دشت So you prefer Au- Naturel

If it's good I suggest you guys all go out in the morning without a shave & in your PJ's from now on...don't comb your hair either, especially if you are going to record a recited  poem ...

mimi.shishi

Mr.Ahmad You're wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy off track

by mimi.shishi on

I like many many MANY other WOMEN simply LOVE her....chera khanooma comment nazashtan? FIY this is NOT a brand new video, we all saw it before and are WAYYY over the excitement we felt when we first saw it, we're not like you guys who get excited every time you see her beautiful face! :)

The fact that she is gorgeous doesn't mean she deserves a lousy nine/ten from a horny critic who sees women as jealous little girls fighting over men! This brand of Narcissism UNFORTUNATLY exists in Iranian men today due to the self-grandeur Islamic religion has given them, period.

Free

"weeping for their pain"

by Free on

Shameless self-promotion and hypocracy literally knows no bounds amongst some of us. God be with this brilliant young woman, whose life, just like Neda's, hangs in the balance in the years to come, all along while some monumental hypocrites "weep for her pain" while rejoicing in the brazen success of her tormentors.

Some of us have no honor, even less shame.

people commenting here are men.

it may have to do with the fact that she is gorgeous not because they were listening to her poems.

and why not too many women bothered to comment?

once againg because she is gorgeous and that is a cause for jelousy.

LOL

PERS66

Amazing Lioness of a poet…

by PERS66 on

May the force be with her, I hope to see her shine..

This new generation is amazing!

Abarmard

Why older?

by Abarmard on

The interest of young is different. Young people in Iran are similar than young in US. How many young people would go to see a poet perform?

ناتور دشت

Façade of the dissent

by ناتور دشت on

Does any girl in Iran appear in public without make-up? She is talented, and everything alright. But, is this doing the eyes, the cheeks, the eyebrows, maybe her nose too, part of the new division between the Opposition, and the Loyalists? Or is it only another PERSIAN must-do, and must-have thing?

عموجان

She is back

by عموجان on

As powerful, as meaningful and as strong the way she reads her poems. I hope nothing happen to her. looking forward to hear her next poem.

Anonymouse

Wonderful! She is also Sexiest Iranian Woman Alive!

by Anonymouse on

//iranian.com/main/blog/anonymouse/sexiest-iranian-woman-alive

Monda jaan if the audience was young, they'd close down the shop! That's how it is in Iran they allow you to flourish as long as the "fun" is "controlled".  For example, this guy opened up Shahr Bazi (amusement park) and when it got popular and young men and women went together they closed it down!

Or in the movie "The wall" starring Golshifteh Farahani, she played a woman motorcycle stunt player to make money after her father died.  They allowed her to perform and in one performance when her BFF (best friend forever) came to see her with her fiance she took out her scarf (and put herself under the full veil/chador) so Golshifeh could grab her scarf while on bike.  The next day the authorities closed it down!

Everything is sacred.

Monda

Powerful!

by Monda on

Why the older audience though?!
