Just another Baghdad Bob

by choghok on

I have not forgot his remarks when he said right out and I am not exagerating here. He said something like "I have lived outside of Iran. Peope who have lived outside Iran know that there exist no freedom of speech there". Well with remarks like this It seems like mr Ahmadinejad has found his long lost side kick. Sad to see how lie and deceit has so openly taken the power. It really is a terrible point of our history.

Some might say that this is very good since this will lead to the fall of IRI. But I would say that this sends signal to people that it is ok to lie and cheat. This would lead to even worse corruption in the society and people would accept this behavior which would be disastorous, does not matter who would rule the country.

Bad Comparison

by Freedom5 on

Mrs/Mr/Ms  American Dream,

I disagree with your comparison. You should listen to your video clip one more time.  One thing I am sure of and that is at least the American dream come true when Islamic Republic took power in Iran and that's where we are after 30 years.

War of Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan and here is one thought for you ( American Dream)  What would happen if Iran had built the 8 Nuclear reactor 30 years ago........

American Dream

This man, Hassan Qashqavi, reminds me of another person

by American Dream on

This Hassan Qashqavi reminds me of another person...

see the following clip:

and look at this clip:

Yet history writes:

On the afternoon of 'Ashura (3 June 1963), Khomeini delivered a speech at the Fayzieh Madreseh drawing parallels between the infamous tyrant Yazid
and the Shah, denouncing the Shah as a "wretched, miserable man," and
warning him that if he did not change his ways the day would come when
the people would offer up thanks for his departure from the country.

On 5 June 1963, two days after this public denunciation of the Shah,
Khomeini was arrested. This sparked three days of major riots
throughout Iran and led to the deaths of some 400. That event is now
referred to as the the 15th of Khordad movement.  Khomeini was kept under house arrest and released in August.

Did he forget or was he deliberately lying?

International court!

by Reza-Rio de Janeiro on

I am looking forward to see Mr. Qashqavi's own trial in Free Republic Of Iran and perhaps other international courts for being another  mouthpiece (big mouth) of a Criminal and Evil regime that has committed numerous amounts of crimes against humanity/Iranians.

Felan inaa topeshoon poreh vali Negaraan nabaashid, Qhyafe geryoone in bache Mullah roo badan baa ham to dadgahe Iran Azad khahim did ke be che gooh khordani khaahad oftaad... :-)

American Dream

Is Hassan Qashqavi part of the Islamic Republic of Iran gov't?

by American Dream on

Is Mr. Hassan really the Iranian foreign ministry spokesman?

He doesn't have a beard or mustache.  And he looks like he takes a shower more than once a week.

There is tremendous change going on in the Iranian theocracy.

This guy pulls no punches.  He says directly that if a foreign diplomat gets out of hand in Iran the Iranian government without reason will kick him out of Iran.

He even quotes some international law and says Iran has a right to throw out any foreign diplomat without rhyme or reason.

Indirectly he is saying, "don't mess with the best".

It appears that his speech is geared to the EU nations.

Interesting chap.
