Forbidden Love

The Persian romance of Vis and Ramin, which has influenced the European legend of Tristan and Isolde and the Georgian tale of Visramiani, was composed in 1050's by Fakhraddin Asa'd Gorgani in Isfahan, Iran. It is one of the oldest examples of forbidden love in Persian literature in which a man passionately falls in love with his sister-in-law. For this reason, Vis and Ramin has not been welcome by the Persian literati in the past and present. روز یازدهم فروردین ماه سال 1361 (31 مارس 1982) با سبیل تراشیده و ریش نتراشیده، با چهره ای خسته و درهم "پای آبله و خسته، غریبه و دلمرده، با ترس كبود، راه گم كرده، متحیر و عاجز، خسته و ناتوان، آشنا به هویت خویش، ولی درمانده، اشكی به یك چشم و خونی به چشم دیگر، در حالی كه نمیداند به كجا خواهد رسید؟ به زمهریر هاویه؟ یا به كنار حوض كوثر؟" با كیف دستی كوچكی از فرودگاه "شارل دوگل" بیرون آمد. در اتوبوسی كه از فرودگاه به شهر میرفت، نگران و پریشان، در ردیف آخر نشسته بود. برای دوستانش از ایران تعریف میكند و از تیرباران بیرحمانه، دوست نزدیكش سعید سلطانپور حرف میزند و از اینكه پس از آن مجبور شده به زندگی مخفی پناه ببرد و بالاخره از آپارتمان كوچك و دخمه مانندی كه در تهران داشته است حرف میزند اما لبهایش میلرزند. >>>

سمپاشی هدفمند

در این فیلم ساختگی، مشخصاً نگاهی یکطرفه و منفی به موسیقی رپ و راک ایران و حتی نوع لباس پوشیدن و مدل موی جوانان شده است. نگاهی هدفمند با چیدمان تصاویر و گفتگوهای یکسو با روانشناسان و کارشناسان انتخابی و نظر پرسی های بی پایه واساس از جوانانی که ناآگاه از گزینه های خود هستند. در فیلم «شوک» بی آنکه از دیدگاه های سازندگان این نوع موسیقی ها و آگاهان از این نوع گرایش های اجتماعی پرس و جو شود نتیجه گیری نامنصفانه ای از نوع زندگی و سلیقه های متجددانۀ جوانان گرفته شده است. از اینرو بد نیست به گونه ای حتی با نوشتاری کوتاه این موج موسیقی متفاوت نسل معاصرمان را مستند کرده و به سازندگان و مخاطبین فیلم «شوک» دیدگاههای دیگری را نیز نشان دهیم. از آنجائی که در این فیلم تلاش بر انحراف افکار عمومی و ارتباط این جوانان و موسیقی مورد علاقه آنان به شیطانپرستی و مواد مخدر بوده و همچنین بیشترین حمله بطرف موسیقی و موسیقی پردازان رپ فارسی شده، بد نیست ما نیز بیشتر بر روی این نوع موسیقی تمرکز کنیم و بطور خیلی خلاصه به آن بپردازیم. به امید آنکه آموزنده و روشنگرانه باشد. >>>

Cordoba to Kurdistan via flamenco

Hamed Nikpay speaks Farsi the way he plays his music: rapid staccato syllables held together by slow melodic interludes. Maybe this is why he favors the setar when he speaks his heart. The instrument comes to life at the flick of the index finger over the strings, followed by a trilled sustain detailing the life of the tone. Nikpay’s new CD album, All Is Calm (Asoudeh) seems to follow the emotional biography of a young artist sparked to life by a devastating early romance whose lament still haunts him in the sustain. In the first track, Deceit, (Fareeb), he sings “You bestowed kisses from my lover’s lips to the other man.” I ducked the temptation to ask Nikpay who she was and what happened. In my opinion there have been many heroes during this race, those who have brought us inspiring moments, demonstrating grace, human decency, and above all, unity for the good of all in the midst of all the chaos and the dirty political race to the top. I can never forget Hillary Clinton's concession speech and her grace and complete selflessness in her support for the under dog who came from the back and beat her in the race of her life. این روزهای من

دیروز وقتی کارولاین از زندگی ام پرسید گفتم : بهتر از دیروزم هستم و برای یک لحظه دست از کار کشیدم و با خودم زمزمه کردم چه خوب ! وقتی میشل با خنده گفت : این جا رو بیشتر از کشورت دوست داری ؟ گفتم نه ! این جا هم بدی های خودش را دارد ولی اگر صادقانه بخواهم جواب بدهم آره ! این جا رو ترجیح می دهم چون به خوبی دارد زیر و رویم می کند و بیشتر از همه این تنهایی خودخواسته باعث رشدم شده که از این بابت خیلی خوشحالم .کی می توانستم در ترافیک فکرهای به هم ریخته و آشفته تهران فرصت بازپروری خودم را داشته باشم ؟ . به همه کارهایم به موقع می رسم .به وقت مریضی می دانم چه باید بخورم و چه نباید .به وقت درس خواندن حواسم به درس و مشقم است نه بازی با افکار احمقانه و بیهوده . به وقت خرید دقیقا مواظب این هستم که چه بخرم که واقعا به دردم بخورد و چه نه .در بازی های پرخاشگرانه شرکت نمی کنم چون این کار در این جا معنی درستی به دست نمی دهد . >>>

خانم سفیر

خانم مهرانگیز دولتشاهی، خواهرزاده صادق هدایت و اولین زنی که در ایران سفیر شد، در سن نود یک سالگی به دنبال یک بیماری طولانی درگذشت. مهرانگیز دولتشاهی متولد سال ١٢٩٦ در اصفهان است. خانم دولتشاهی در سال 1354 یه مقام سفیری منصوب شد و به دانمارک رفت و تا زمان انقلاب در همین مقام بود. مهرانگیز دولتشاهی تنها اولین و زنی است که در تاریخ ایران به مقام سفیری نائل شد. پس از انقلاب مهرانگیر دولتشاهی ساکن پاریس شد و در طول اقامت سی ساله اش در پاریس "انجمن فرهنگ ایران" که یکی از قدیمی ترین و معتبرترین انجمنهای فرهنگی ایرانیان است را بنیانگذاری کرد. او با گذاشتن جلسات سخنرانی برای پژوهشگران و فرهنگ دوستان ایرانی، فعالیت های فرهنگی خود را پیگیری می کرد. مهرانگیز دولتشاهی در سال 1997 از طرف "بنیاد پژوهش های زنان" به عنوان "بانوی برگزیده سال" در پاریس مورد تقدیر قرار گرفت. کتاب "جامعه، دولت و جنبش زنان ایران" 1381 یکی از آخرین آثار خانم دولتشاهی است.>>>
