از دم درگاه الهی، گویدت باز شو، بشنو ای دوست، و ای پیامبر
     ز این ره ایمان، بس پژوهش کن، ای رفیق الهی، و ای پیامبر

تو و ایزد، در همه وقت، و در همه جا، واقع از اسرار جهان
     خود را فدا کردی، در ره بشریت، ای دوست خداوند، و ای پیامبر

گر بر صلیبت کشند، لیکن این روح الهی، کاین روح القدس
     دوباره دهدت جان، ز این درگاه فردوس ، ای رستاخیز ، و ای پیامبر

در کنار محمد، و موسی، باشی همچون، ای پیامبر اعظم
      رحمت بر ان مادرت مریم، خونت جریان بود، و روان، ای دوست، و ای پیامبر

گر روم تورا بر صلیب کشد، لیکن ای رفیق، روم دگر نباشد
      تو هستی، و پاینده باشی، تا ابد، ای عیسی مسیح، و ای پیامبر

Late Easter Greetings

This afternoon my young son and I went for a stroll..

At one point he asked me , what is Easter..I then explained...

 

I believe it is important to educate children with our Spiritual heritage, and the concept of the progressive nature of religion; that no religion is final; that God has and never will leave mankind alone; of how God has revealed Himself to Man through mortal men; of how He has revealed Himslef  from age to age in the name of Buddha. Krishna, Zoroaster, Moses, Jesus, Muhammad , The Bab and Baha'u'llah to guide and inspire humanity.

The Film Jesus of Nazareth was the first shown in 1977; the first film that made such an impression on me, to inspire me to accept Christ and all other manifestations of God as the "changeless face of God"

 

The Film "Jesus of Nazareth "was directed by the legendary Franco Zeffereli, starring some of the GREATEST actors ,Cinema has ever seen.

I would rather see it in its full 35mm Glory, (although it was shot for TV)  but here is part 1 of 41 parts  in high quality on youtube

Thank you for this beautiful poem on the Crucifixion and Resurrection of Jesus. I wish you had written this several days later so that it wouldn't be on the back pages, and others could read it also.
