Iranians' numbers system has the unique unit of 'Miliard' which is the same as 'Billions' in US & English numbers system. According to the news the bank fraud is 3,000 Miliard Toman or 3,000 Billions Toman. Now for a $1 = 1000 Toman, that turns out to be $3 Billions fraud. And such had been unheard of in the Iranian banks history. Nobody is claiming though that amount has been stolen by one person. Without a doubt, there is an Iranian Mafia involved. And that is why 'The Leader' do not want to 'stretch' the story until the thiefs lose one of their arms like his if they are ever caught! 

P.S. The 3 billions dollars is only 6 percent of Madoff's fraud of 50 billions dollars!!!

I mean, I can't figure out, what can be translated as " 3 thousand billion"?

You guys must be mistaken. In my  opinion there's no such thing, as 3 thousand billions!

We have thousand million = 1 billion

1 billion tomans = almost 1 million dollars

But we can't have 3 tousand billion thomans in Iran, just for one person.

It means 3 billions american dollars.

I think you guys are truly mistaken, or deliberately exagerating.

I wish you would enlighen me about that, if I am wrong.

What's the precise english translation? "Conspiracy", "plot"?...

فعلأ که ۳۰۰۰ میلیارد تومان از خزانه ملت توسط بانکونیستهای رژیم <فرعون سالار> دود گشته و به هوا رفته و بهتر است که یک سریال کم خرج از این <دزدیها درروزروشن> درست شود تا سریال موسی. هزینه آن سریال هم بیش از سه ریال نخواهد شد. شاید هم فیلم کم خرجی در مورد فرعونیان ایرانی باید ساخت که نشان دهد بعداز ۲۵۰۰ سال و اندی هنوز خداوند یک انقلابی واقعی چون موسی را در میان قوم ایرانی برنیانگیخته که تیشه به ریشه به هر چه فرعون و فرعون پرست است بزند.
