Haifan Baha'is do not respect anyone's rights but their own
by NUR on Wed Mar 04, 2009 08:00 PM PSTThe Haifan Baha'is have absolutely no respect for the rights of anyone but their own. Period! They do not even believe in the freedom of conscience. One of their retired UHJ members is on record for stating,
//www.fglaysher.com/bahaicensorship/DMartin.htm"We have inherited a dangerous delusion from Christianity that our
individual conscience is supreme. This is not a Baha'i belief. In the
end, in the context of both our role in the community and our role in
the greater world, we must be prepared to sacrifice our personal
convictions or opinions. The belief that individual conscience is
supreme is equivalent to "taking partners with God" which is abhorrent
to the Teachings of the Faith."

text. (Edit > Find > "conscience")
Moreover they will do and commit absolutely anything to trample upon the rights of anyone and everyone who stands in their way. A case in point is the present litigation they have brought against the Orthodox Baha'is (the followers of Remey). If people had any doubt before that the Haifan Bahai organization was any different than the IRI, perhaps they should listen to the following arguments made by the lawyers for the National Spiritual Assembly of the US,

Finally, Iranians have been duped before by sheep in wolves clothing bearing candy. The organization - not average individuals - of the Haifan Bahai organization have a clear political agenda. Basically they wish to replace the fascism of the mullahs with their own. And it is as clear as that. Let us restart the process to overthrow the mullahs and begin on a clean slate in a secular Iran; not an Iran where we kick out one group of fascists for another, like the last time. Certainly the free exercise of religion and belief is something we can all strive for. But this organization is using talk of human rights for its own nefarious purposes, the same way that Khomeini did and was even painting himself as a Ghandhi before the Revolution. Don't be fooled and hoodwinked again, and consider very carefully the implications of the following,

Dear Bacquia,
Two points:
(1) RE paying attention to what they say: many German Jews made that mistake once too. They dismissed Nazi anti-semitism as 'talk' and cheap vote-getting propaganda. They were wrong - and Israel can't afford to be wrong again. I fully support a first strike on Iran's nuclear facilities wherever they may be hidden and by whatever means are needed to destroy them. If the Iranians deny us their oil, destroy their oil facilities - if we can't have their oil, neither will they.
The US can get most of its oil needs met by Canada (already your
largest supplier anyway of oil, gas and electricity). The MacMurray
(Alberta) Tarsands have more oil than Saudi Arabia just for starters.
2) I have no idea why the Universal House decided as It did, if It did
(I haven't even seen the letter allegedly saying these things.) but
off the top of my head, I can imagine at least one major reason.
Regime change (one way or another) is coming in the relatively near future and Baha'is must be there when a new regime is established to make their mark on the new government and help move it in genuinely new directions. If they all Baha'is leave they will have lost all credibility as well as opportunities to legally prosecute their former tormentors.
If you want to play hockey, you've got to be on the ice at game-time.
Best wishes,
Ian Kluge
Everyone has a right to
by Brigitte Bardot (not verified) on Sun Feb 22, 2009 02:22 PM PSTEveryone has a right to believe in whatever they want. I myself do not approve of Bahaism as a genuine Divine path. I believe that Bahaullah was either mentally deranged or had a malicious selfish agenda. In either case nobody has the right to prosecute anyone for what he/she believes in. All people should be free to practice their own faith as long as it doesn't harm anyone.

If only every one could begin to appreciate the immensity of the promise of the bright future prophesied by Baha'u'llah for Iran...

What a beautiful choice of music for this purpose. I'm speechless. May this dark and shameful period be short and disappear soon.
