After seeing all the pictures and reading the description, it appears that the locals/visitors treat this cemetary as a kind of an emaamzaadeh, coming to fulfill their wishes.  So, it should be called emaamzaadeh Moraad.

If this was a newer cemetary, it would have been called the Viagra overdose cemetary.
