You are the best after Ostad Hosien Tehrani.I play Persian drum but i can never play like you.I really enjoyed your excellent performance.The beauty of drum is that everybody can play some kind of rithem and there is no boundary and the sky is the limit.

Aside from his masterful compositions and his concerts all over the world, Mr. Mortazavi, who lives in Germany, also travels to Iran to teach young Iranians the art of playing Iranian percussion instruments.  Here's a clip of a performance he did with tens of his young students in 2004.  It's inspiring and very exciting.  Enjoy!
