To haif or less iranian
by reality check (not verified) on Sun Jan 20, 2008 10:26 PM PSTjust let you know, this girl whose name is zoleykha is pakistani, not iranian , you misunderstood.
iranian donot consider haif iranian less, so change your screen name, since there are so many haif iranian around.
removing anti-???? stuff..nuts?
by half or less-iranian (not verified) on Sun Jan 20, 2008 08:32 PM PSTwell this article is almost a goner hehehehe, so, I decided to change my screen name to what you see up there.:) I've been thinking which parts of my body leans toward non iranian. I can't figure it out. zoleykha any ideas on that since you are a full grown up Iranian?
at the present time I'm in my iranian mode, so I can say: saaaalaaam behfarmin too nahar hazer, ey ba ba on ghadr zehmet nakashin,,,,na ghorbone shoma zehmata az must heheheehe.

by Ajam (not verified) on Sun Jan 20, 2008 07:05 AM PSTI wonder which is more appalling, the self-flagellating boy; or the woman dressed like a transvestite?! In both cases, there are tons of self-esteem issues to be worked on!! I guess the kid could make it to the MTV!!!
Shabnam is from Pakistan
by zoleykha on Sun Jan 20, 2008 06:25 AM PSTYes I have been following her shows, she was on UK's Big Brother and also appeared in several interviews with Raja Mahta from bollywood...besides that, her appearing in a Sari in her music video would kind of give it away as well.
Zoleykha.....question?
by Nadias on Sat Jan 19, 2008 10:34 PM PSTHow do you know she is not Iranian? I certainly would like to know. I did not follow any of the shows she was on. Did she mention her heritage?

iranian of the day?
by anti-discrimination (not verified) on Sat Jan 19, 2008 04:46 PM PSTIs there a contest going on here? what's the prize? this is not an official contest and it is just for building spirit.
For your information, I just had a beautiful lunch with my mom's family and I'll be going to another party with different people (various nationalities). How's that? I can associate with iranians and non iranians and I do not see any problems with that. It is the person who makes the difference not the national origin. I am sure you are not the only one who feels like that but there is always a solution for everything. how about a column for "non iranian of the day" or something like that?
I believe in compromising rather than eliminating the individuals.
No she is not allowed to be
by zoleykha on Sat Jan 19, 2008 01:00 PM PSTNo she is not allowed to be given the title "Iranian of the Day" if she is not Iranian...do you beg to differ? if you do, then you should question you own irani boodan and then you might just realize that you should associate with where ever your mom is from.
Note: If i was put up as being pakistani of the day on a pakistan.com, I would want, even expect people to say the same to me.
my mom is not Iranian, am I not allowed to be here?
by anti discrimination (not verified) on Sat Jan 19, 2008 11:58 AM PSTcome on fellows; Iranians have always welcomed other nationalities and it is OK for her to show up here. Where else?
She has the courage to participate in entertainment? Are you saying that we can't get involved in other we sites because we are considered Iranians?
give her a breake...will ya?
Yaa these Pakis don't have
by Immortal Guard (not verified) on Sat Jan 19, 2008 10:11 AM PSTYaa these Pakis don't have any names of their own so they have got into this habit of stealing Persian names.
She sings so bad I would gladly give her to any dork but a Persian.
she is from pakistan...this
by zoleykha on Sat Jan 19, 2008 06:41 AM PSTshe is from pakistan...this girl is not iranian why is she on iraninan.com?
Well, she hasn't given up yet
by Nadias on Fri Jan 18, 2008 09:29 PM PSTShe believes she is going to be successful no matter how difficult the path.
No matter what anyone may think or say, she will do what is best for her.

The singing needs work, lots of work.... I specially disliked the "heyyyy heyyyy heyyyyyy" part.... the voice sounded like an annoying shrill, or belonging to other species perhaps.
