Video and Photo-Exhibition presents a view on Iran and its people

بندیکت فورمان، عکاس و مستندساز آلمانی، در سال ۲۰۰۵ در سفری به مقصد
ویتنام در مرز ایران و ترکیه تصمیم به تغییر نقشه سفر و اقامت در ایران
می‌گیرد. او نزدیک به دو سال با خودرو گوشه و کنار این کشور را می‌گردد و
تصاویر متعددی را از مناظر و مردم ثبت می‌کند. از روز ۱۶ ژوئیه تا ۱۲ اوت
امسال این تصاویر در کلیسای سنت ماکسی‌میلیان شهر مونیخ در معرض نمایش
گذاشته شده‌اند.

 

The Bavarian photographer and
filmmaker Benedikt Fuhrmann spent one
year travelling in his car through a country
which initially stirred his interest, but which
also scared and sometimes even shocked
him – in the end however, he was deeply
fascinated and charmed.
His motivation for this international,
independent exhibition is the deep
desire to open new ways to increase the
awareness and communication between
the people of Iran and the western world.
