US takes aim at Iranian shipping

Containers stranded at the docks in Singapore; a court dispute over three Iranian ships “arrested” by the city-state’s sheriff; Tehran’s shifting trade routes between the Middle East and Asia – this is the new front line in the sanctions drive against Iran.

The US-led campaign is widening, with Washington claiming Iran’s main container shipping line is unable to do normal business anywhere in the world.

Although the group, the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines, says it has acted lawfully, the US, the European Union and other countries say it has violated UN resolutions several times since 2009 by transporting missile-related technology.

Ships of terror rgime impounded :)

The recent arms seizure in Nigeria, Senegal and Gambia highlight the importance of checking every ship, vehicle, box, nook and cranny which comes from the Terrorist regime. Every ship is suspect and the international community must take forceful measures to ensure the terrorist regime is prevented from exporting its terror agenda across the world.
