Hi IranFirst:

I seem to recall having seen this clip around the elections last year.  I think it was posted on Iranian.com, too.  If you listen to what the singer is saying, he is making a reference to Kordan, whose fake degree was all the rage about that, time, a while before his death several months ago.

video, according to Le Monde, was shot around 1 November
