کلمه:دادستان عمومی و انقلاب تهران اعلام کرد: پنج متهمی که پرونده آنها به اتهام محاربه به دادگاه انقلاب ارسال شده ، جزو گروهک تروریستی منافقین هستند و بهاییانی که اخیرا دستگیر شده اند نیز، به اتهام سازماندهی آشوب های روز عاشورا بازداشت شده اند.

عباس جعفری دولت آبادی درباره ارسال پرونده پنج نفر از بازداشت شدگان حوادث روز عاشورا به اتهام محاربه به دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی تهران گفته است:کیفرخواست این پنج نفر، بر اساس گزارش های ماموران ، مستندات قوی و اقرارصریح متهمان صادر و به دادگاه انقلاب ارسال شده است.

به گزارش ایرنا دادستان تهران اظهار داشت: سازماندهی جرایم ارتکابی در روز عاشورا از سوی این افراد و تلاش موثر آنان برای ساختار شکنی در این روز، از مصادیق بازر محاربه محسوب می شود.

جعفری دولت آبادی در عین حال تصریح کرد: این پنج نفر از اعضای گروهک تروریستی منافقین هستند.

This is the demented thinking of a completely schizophrenic regime which when faced with legitimate demands from its citizens, throws its hateful jargon of 30 years together, combining ALL of what he has seen as its enemies for the past 30 years, and calling all of them the source and cause of its maladies.  It is their fault that this happened in Iran.  Everybody is to blame but the Islamic Republic of Iran or Ali Khamenei.

Scapegoating

The Iranian government is so desperate that they are now blaming the Baha'is. This is all calculated ahead of the January 12th trial of the Baha'i leaders that have been held in Evin Prison for almost 2 years.

I often recall this passage from the Baha'i World Center to the Baha'is in Iran.

"Keep alive in your hearts the feeling of confidence that the future of Iran holds bright promise... the conviction that concern for justice will protect the nation from falling prey to calumny, and the belief that love will ultimately conquer hatred and enmity."
 
"You have demonstrated in the example of your lives that the proper response to oppression is neither to succumb in resignation nor to take on the characteristics of the oppressor.
