دیگر حقوقدانان برجسته کشور اعتراف افراد علیه خود را حائز شرایطی می
دانند که بدون لحاظ یکی از این شرایط، فاقد ارزش و اعتبار قانونی خواهد

In a part of his Eid-e Fetr sermon, Khamenei said that a suspect's "confessions" about another person's actions is not admissible in court, and only his confessions about his own actions must be heard in the case. Lawyers and legal experts say that ANY confessions made in the recent trial courts are illegal and should be considered as inadmissible due to the conditions under which they were taken.
Many fear that Khamenei's sermon has issued the nod which will now generate stiff sentences based on those confessions-against-self.
