Interim report of Majlis Independent Truth finding committee (Larijani’s committee, not the National Security Coucil’s) is devastating for Coup. Shocking revelations. Ali Larijani is being briefed on it today.I assume that the most horrifying parts will be classified & only reported to Majlis, leadership committee, Government Officials as well as Expediency & Experts.

* The number of dead/abducted is estimated around 400 & rising.
* Arab mercenaries role proven.
* Systematic rapes proven.
* Radan personally involved. (see below)
* Taeb personally involved. (see below)
* Ahmadinejad personally involved.
* Yazdi personally involved.
* Janati personally involved. Covering up.
* Fadayi personally involved. he was in charge of Kahrizak and an interrogator (testimonies of victims). He reported directly to Ahmadinejad.
* Mojtaba’s role is very much visible in findings. All roads end at Leader’s Camp at desk of Mojtaba & Vahid.

An Article 90 Commission needs to be activated to indict & investigate Government members, and remove their diplomatic immunity for Judiciary to prosecute. It may also be dealt with as treason, which would be prosecuted by a Military Tribunal.

Taeb, Mortazavi involved in rapes

The report is dynamite.  Even the regime's worst critics had no idea some of the most prominent figures in the judiary and security services would go this far personally.  Someone smuggled it out.  No one expected this of the investigators.  The next question is will Larinjani insist on silent or will be let it out.   Either way this will blow apart the republic.  Silence won't work.  I suspect where too many eyes have seen it and surely find the regime offensive.  Even the most horrifying parts, classified to the public, will leak out since they will be distributed to so many sources--including all members of parliament.    I suspect sooner or later everyone will have access to the public.   What Watergate did to Nixon this independent investigation will do for the Islamic Republic.  It may be impossible to save the latter now!

Just ask a simple question: Howcome Insider got this part of the report and you, say, didn't.

One thing should be easy to confirm

I've sent the above info to severa sites (CNN, NY Times, London Times,  Enduring Ameica).   The problem, as one of those told me is confirming the above.  I can understand their reluctance.   The ban on western reporrers makes confirmation difficult, however.

However, one thing shoud be easy to confirm.  We know a Canadian Iranian couple ridiculed the story because their daughter, who had the same name as the rape victim, was alive. 

According to the guards' testimony Taeb or his wife has a brother or sister whose child had the same name and the family lived in Canada. Whether those Canadians are related to him are easy to check.

As Insider noted Taeb had the grirl picked up originally because he thought it was his niece.  When he discovered otherwise, he decided to treat himself to a rape and ordered the girl's murder afterwards.
