Filmmaker Bahman Ghobadi to shoot "Persian Gulf" in October

Bahman Ghobadi plans to shoot his next project "Persian Gulf" in October. "Persian Gulf" is a response to all those who call the region the Arab Gulf and the director intends the film's viewpoint to favor of Iran. He will be making the film with the support of a foundation affiliated to Iran's Cultural Heritage, the Tourism and Handicrafts Organization (CHTHO). The movie is now in the pre-production stage.

Did I ever say that since he is a kord, he is a spy? i just repeated his own interview in the attached video where he said: "I am an Iraniana & Kord...." which I am sure you either didn't watch or didn't understand!

I also, cheered him up as fella Iranian and kord! For your information, I am an Iranian + Kord +.........   It is indeed very sad to see comments like yours!

Bahman Ghobadi is an awesome man, a patriot and an amazing director. I got his films mentioned to me here in this site, I read about him, watched his films. He is a Kurd yes, so what? He is 100% Iranian like our Persian Iranians, Arab Iranians, Baluch Iranians etc etc.. Payvand had posted a nice video interview of him, go watch it.
