GHAZALEH LYARI has mixed with corporate high-flyers, secured multibillion-dollar deals and lived the life of a Wall Street banker, but the global financial crisis has resulted in her career taking a tastier direction.The back-up plan, one of many that she had considered throughout her corporate career, was her own small business - a cupcake boutique that is influenced by Iranian flavours and textures reminiscent of Ms Lyari's childhood in Tehran.
