Amid lingering talks of war on Iran, Israel's prime minister-designate raises the alarm about a major military conflict in the coming months.
The soon-to-be prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu believes that "a national emergency" such as Israel's involvement in a major war would help him in his frantic attempts to form a new ruling coalition.

Here is the same paragraph - with more complete sentences. Let see how it will look.
For a country who has been forced into 6 wars to defend itself against everyone around it for 60 years, and for leaders who are under investigation from rape to falsly be accused for crime against humanity just becasue they defend their civilainas against indicriminate suicide bombings, and rockets launched onto their cities and towns, to be talking about peace and harmony is rather
not a laughable to say the least.
How do you spell PEACE?

Peace and harmony with Israel will serve Iran long term interest, by far more then its neighbors.
While, the akhoondah are quick to remind Iranians of Israel connection with the Sha's Savak. During shah rein, Iran had receive lot of assistance from Israel in areas of Agricultural technology, as well as other economic fields. All those drip irrigation in your neighbor farm were invented and introduce by Israelis.

It is the Mullahs in Tehran who preach hate of Jews (zionists) during the Fridays prayers at Tehran University. Not Rabbis at Hebrew University in Jerusalem
Comment: Mazloom, did I mention that you are one of those zionist dreamers as well? You guys would never learn!
Yes, I, along with 7 Million other Israelis DO dream of peace with mutual respect and tolerance.
Comment: Israel was behind the Iran-Iraq war! Stupid saddam fell for it. You
wish more Iranians get killed for Israel? Iranians have learned their
lesson! No more revolution! They know that's only gonna get their
life worse!
You will have to bring more credible evidence then that to convince me of Israel's direct involvement in that war. Both Iran & Iraq had publicly declared Israel is their enemy, and wish to destroy it.
Comment: So Israel can keep on dreaming those evil thoughts! Just dream on Zions! Your end only would come sooner!
It looks like now YOU ARE THE one who is the dreamer. not me.

by iranian4ever (not verified) on Mon Mar 16, 2009 01:42 AM PDTYou seem to think the large majority of Iranians inside Iran (or outside for that matter) want to be friends with "Israel". Granted they don't want their money spent on Hezbollah, Hamas, etc.. but you ask them whether they support the reckless actions of the ruling military junta, or whether Israel should be allowed to possess nukes and nuclear technology and Iran not, or whether 6 million jews really died in the "holocaust" or whether the event even happened at all. I think you will be dumbfounded at the responses. No doubt they've been brainwashed and will think differently once the mullahs have gone, eh? You're probably gonna tell me about Cyrus The Great freeing the Jews, etc, etc.?? They have no bearing on the issues of today, just like the monarchy has been long gone and forgotten..
I think it will be a very very long time before you see another Israeli embassy in Tehran. It will not go back to being 1975 Iran as you remember it, sorry.
Israel bluffing to get US (AIPAC) to hurry up! They don't dare!

However, Yahoo is getting old and cranky. He is also desperate. I wouldn't count on him being rational. That's the problem....people think only Iranian leaders are irrational.

by Alborzi (not verified) on Sun Mar 15, 2009 07:40 AM PDTBack in 73, I ran into this nurse after my shift in the local bar. This was in the middle of a very bad neighborhood. So I ask her, it even scares me to come here, how a beautiful girl like you in this place. She said you have to watch who do take home, the quiet ones are the dangerous ones. You think yahoo if he had any hope of attacking Iran would announce it. They did not even acknowledge their attacks until its all done. Yahoo is just doing some "ghondehgoozi", he knows what is in Iran and it aint Arab.

There is that famous American axiom. "Why buy the cow, if you can get the milk for free". Why engender so much with ugly wars, with the unfortunate lost of human life. Yak.If we can achieve better result through counter revolution, made by the Iranians themselves.
I almost guaranty the West - lead by the shaitoon-e' bozorg, along with EU, Russia, Israel & the 60 Iranian opposition groups in and outside Iran, will use the same tactics which caused the collapse of the late USSR. Push the mullahs to spend all their dwindling income from oil (80% of the national budget) on military expenditure, after which no money will be left keep the generous social programs going.
When Iranians are deprived of their regular ghorme' Sabzi, they go crazy, and will riot. Result of which, with Allah's help, we will have a nice and bloodless revolution which we all hope for.
Iran then will have a secular and democratically elected government, which will restore the country's past glorious and preserve it persian identity, Iran then will have peace with all its neighbors (including Israel) and gain the respect of the international community, which most Iranian's yearn for.

There is no doubt about the Israeli right wing are doing their best to kick off a war with Iran. But the question is if they can manipulate the US to go along with them, as they know by themselves it would be impossible.
