 The Turkish Muslim Brotherhood model is influenced by, and supportive of, the Iranian Islamic model, Iranian leaders and the Iranian media have lately been stressing the need for tighter relationships with Islamic Turkey, and even for forming a strategic alliance with it, as part of the regional and global confrontation between Islam and the West.
